Customers are satisfied with the picture quality, brightness, and ease of use of the 75” Class QN90B Neo QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV. Many also appreciate the deep black levels and good sound quality, although some found the remote control difficult to use and the TV quite heavy. A few users noted issues with the interface speed and occasional screen problems. Overall, the positive feedback on picture quality outweighs the negative comments on other features.

Near perfect TV

I can’t speak on longevity but so far this tv is near perfect. It has an amazing picture. Excellent peak brightness and almost oled like blacks thanks to the mini led. Great wide viewing angle for a non oled tv. It has 4 hdmi 2.1 ports which is great for my gaming on PS5 and Xbox series X. My only complaint is if light hits the screen, mainly light bulbs, it has a rainbow effect. You only notice when the screen gets dark or goes black. But it can definitely be an issue for some people. In my living room it’s not too bad so it’s not that big of an issue. My advice is look at it in store and see for yourself. But the TV itself is absolutely amazing.

I really enjoy this tv. I looked up a lot of reviews and comparisons bewteen this and a few oled's and this beat most oled's in overall picture quality and additional features. True Blacks look great and I have a wide viewing angle. They have a feature that'll automatically switch to Game mode whenever I boot up my consoles which I love too, which adjusts the panel for gaming. This was ranked one of the top 3 tv's on rtaings.com and I can see why.

HugoC,
It’s unfortunate to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue, causing your QN90B TV to turn itself on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
2) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
3) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.
4) TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.
If the issue persists after these steps, please reach Samsung Support so we can better investigate and assist with a solution or replacement. You can call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

I have now had this TV for over a year. I have nothing but high praise for it. The picture quality is fantastic. The sound is great. We have a theater room, so we don't waste any time on buying an extra soundbar for the living room. The speakers are great as-is. It gets LOUD too. The brightness has a phenomenal range. The remote has photogenic cells on the back (solar panel), so you just flip the remote upside down when you're not using it or when the battery gets low and the light from your ceiling fixtures can charge it. There is a USB-C port on the bottom to manually charge if you prefer, but I've never plugged it in to charge it. This TV is interstellar.

After 4 months I have to say overall it's good I would not send it back the cons very laggy in the OS you will need to know how to adjust settings to make the TV look right very important that you can adjust the TV in every time you watch something different day or night will change the way it looks. sound quality is good not great you will need a soundbar .480 i and 720p and 1080p content and all upscaling could be a lot better it's not horrible but I wish it was better the TV changing itself to HDR by itself and changing the picture took some time to get used to, you do have to change settings when this happens depending on whether you're watching stuff in the daytime or at night ,will change the way it looks, blooming is not horrible ,but not great neither not much to say it's an qled TV . I've heard the qn90c is much better ,less blooming and brighter, kind of wish I would have waited but it was a Christmas gift. Overall after I got used to it and learned how to do the settings it's okay ,streaming is better ,over the air content with an antenna not as good and that's something I watch a lot of especially around football season it's bright enough but upscaling needs to be improved. Last thing is motion I think motion could be a little bit better for football over the air content and watching movies but it's okay. One last thing on the new qn90c you can control the HDR from coming on automatically that it would be awesome.

As a passionate movie enthusiast, the specs on this TV had exceeded all my expectations, raising the bar for what a home entertainment system can truly achieve.
The QLED display produces vibrant colors, deep blacks, and stunning contrasts that bring movies, TV shows, and games to life. The Quantum Processor enhances the overall viewing experience, making everything look like it was meant to be in 4K
I had gotten an open-box version of the TV since there were none new left and corporate production discontinued.
Although I wished to have a long ownership of this model unfortunately, I didn't truly get to enjoy this masterpiece as my TV broke due to improper packaging

Best Buy offers an exceptional range of TVs, and after careful consideration, I recently purchased a top-of-the-line model from their store. From the moment I brought it home, this TV has astounded me with its outstanding performance and remarkable features. Here's my comprehensive review of the TV I purchased from Best Buy.
First and foremost, the picture quality on this TV is absolutely stunning. The display boasts vibrant colors, deep blacks, and remarkable clarity, creating an immersive viewing experience. Whether I'm watching movies, TV shows, or playing video games, the visuals are incredibly sharp and lifelike. The high-resolution display and advanced technologies employed by this TV truly elevate the content to a whole new level.
In terms of sound quality, this TV doesn't disappoint. The built-in speakers deliver clear, well-balanced audio, providing an immersive sound experience that matches the exceptional picture quality. However, for those seeking a more immersive audio experience, I would recommend considering a soundbar or external speakers, as is often the case with slim TVs.
The user interface is another area where this TV excels. Navigating through the menu is seamless and intuitive, making it easy to access various features and settings. The smart capabilities are robust, allowing for effortless streaming of content from popular platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube. Additionally, the TV supports voice control, enabling convenient hands-free operation with compatible voice assistants.
Connectivity options on this TV are plentiful. With multiple HDMI and USB ports, I can effortlessly connect my gaming consoles, Blu-ray players, and other devices. The TV also includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, allowing for wireless connections to smartphones, tablets, and other devices, further expanding its versatility.
Design-wise, this TV is sleek and modern, with slim bezels that maximize the screen real estate. The build quality feels solid, and the overall aesthetic adds a touch of elegance to any room. Additionally, the TV comes with a user-friendly remote control that is comfortable to hold and offers easy access to all the essential functions.
When it comes to customer support, Best Buy has always been reliable and knowledgeable. The staff members at the store were helpful in guiding me through the various options and providing expert advice based on my preferences and budget. Their extensive warranty and protection plans offer peace of mind and added protection for my investment.
In conclusion, the TV I purchased from Best Buy has exceeded my expectations in every way. With its stunning picture quality, impressive sound, intuitive interface, and robust connectivity options, it has transformed my viewing experience. Best Buy's exceptional service and knowledgeable staff further enhance the overall buying experience. I highly recommend visiting Best Buy when searching for a TV that combines cutting-edge technology, performance, and customer satisfaction.

This review is for 75' model QN90B QLed. The tv is great, nice picture, sound is good. Switching between apps is a bit slow. The control is not nice but prefer the older styles where you select the numbers. Over all would recommend. If you use the base, it gets really heavy.

I purchased this tv a couple weeks ago and it was a openbox. I set it up and it is a very bold, vibrant colors which makes watching movies on disney+ and sports looking gorgeous. The black levels on this tv with the mini led technology it has is pretty darn good. The black levels are aboit 95% dim which makes it for scenes to add depth to a movie. It also has the most easy smarthub built in that has the apps I use a lot(Peacock, Paramount+, Xfinity App, Disney+, Vudu). It was definitely worth the amount I purchased it for so if you can get your hands on an openbox or a brand new model you won't be disappointed.

This is by far the best TV I've ever owned! The picture quality is amazing with everything I've used it for so far. I've watched the Batman, and DMZ on hbomax and they looked incredible. I've been streaming shows on netflix and the upscaling quality is impeccable. I will say for my primary use of gaming on Xbox Series X/Ps5 this TV does an amazing job! Games like AC Valhalla, The Division 2, Destiny 2, Horizon Forbidden West, and Spiderman all look and play incredibly lifelike and smooth. The HDR really pops and the colors are so vibrant/realistic. Game motion plus is an exclusive feature on this TV that makes 30fps games feel like 60fps and I really love it for games like Hoizon. The sound on this TV is excellent too, but I'll probably add a sound bar in the near future. All in all I'm super impressed with this TV and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially gamers. This is the closest I've ever seen an LCD get to OLED levels with deep blacks, and it gets super bright too with almost 3,000 nits of peak brightness. I really like the fact of no worry about burn in as well. Samsung hit it out of the park this year, and I encourage anyone in the market for a new TV to give this one a serious consideration.

Great TV....We upgraded from an older 60" Samsung to the 75" QN90B. We used a premium fiber HDMI cable and delivers a great picture. We have only had it for a few weeks, but so far so good. Researching all the different sets that are out can drive you crazy, but we are happy we purchased the 75" QN90B. It is a pretty heavy TV, so if putting on wall, make sure you use the proper sized wall bracket and have some help lifting the set while someone else is connecting the power cord and HDMI cables.

Great TV! The picture quality is amazing, and unlike other reviews I've read, I don't find the menu system confusing. The remote is simplified (fewer buttons) yet does everything I need it to, including operating other devices. It is a little heave (roughly 75 lbs. I think), so I had to have a friend help me mount it above my fireplace. After a few hours of running, I don't feel a lot of heat coming off of the screen like other TV's I was interested in. I'd give this TV the highest recommendation for picture quality and overall design.

I went from a 65" LG B7 OLED to this model. I wanted something that was bright and close to an OLED without the possibility of burn in.
For the most part, this TV is great, my major issue is that you have to go through too much button pushing to change inputs. Annoying enough that I would not purchase another Samsung TV. One other disappointment is no Dolby Vision, it does make a difference.
Brightness and sound are good. The TV has potential but the interface is not user friendly.

We love this TV! Our other TV was a SOny Bravia and was supposed to be the best for a while, but this one is spectacular! The colors are so vivid and the Mini lights it has in it make the screen so bright and very easy to see. The Sony was dark compared to this one. Crystal clear picture! This one was basically the same price, but our Bravia was a 65 inch and this one is a 75 inch!!! Very very nice!! The staff was so helpful and it was surely a pleasure shopping at Best Buy!!!!

I do love this TV for the picture. I upsized from a 65 inch 4k and this one definitely has a better picture. Sound is good if just using the built-in speakers. The only thing that is questionable is the software and remote. Sometimes, more often than not the remote just hangs and you have zero control to do anything with the tv. You actually have to wait upwards of 10-30 seconds before the remote starts working again. As far as the "Smart" remote, if you use google, you can't ask the remote to do anything except sing you a song or anything else not tv related. It just kept responding "Sorry I can't search for that yet". I then switched to Alexa voice control and had a lot more options as to what she could do to control the TV.
