The first TV i got, turned off by itself every few minutes. BestBuy Replaced for free and new TV works great. Colors are great. Everything seems to work as it should.

Buy something else - Broken from Day 1

Do Not Buy. This TV has been broken since a week after it was purchased. The TV cuts out randomly, and now the HDMI inputs have completely stopped working. It took 18 calls and over 40 hours on the phone with Samsung and BestBuy to get to a resolution which ended up being a full refund in cash for the TV. I have never been more disappointed in a product or in the customer service I received.

Worst service! My tv is defective and I e been waiting 3 days for do Done to call back. Was told it would be replace. 6k+z

Damaged Screen

I bought open box and screen had permanent marks which affect the viewing experience. Though the store said there are no marks i found them when the tv was delivered. The delivery team said they would go away but they never.

Never had a TV with this much color; no reflection from any lights. Best TV so far. Easy set up with 1 controller. Love the Alexa on it as well. Very happy with the purchase!!
