A pan we use regularly wouldn't register on the cooktop because of the shape so the burners wouldn't turn on. It's a neat feature but just not for us. We returned.

We had three appliances that were supposed to be delivered AND installed and only the fridge was “installed” al thought they didn’t have the correct fittings for the water line but at least it was plugged in. The guys were very friendly and nice enough to let us know in advance of the issues but this still doesn’t speak well of Best Buy’s and all other box stores that have outsourced their delivery/installation services to third parties. They aren’t given the correct equipment and are not able to resolve the issue immediately like they used to. We always purchase our appliances from Best Buy but if this is the type of service we will be getting from now on I rather look at other options since I will still have to hire a professional to finish the job.
