Recived my package a couple days after assumed delivery date just for me to see that it is halfassed packaged in a box just knowing it would be broken somewhere opened it and the corner plastic on the monitor is cracked and in pieces in the box, of course call best buy and only get told that i either can pay the cost for a brand new one (extra $500 dollars spent) or wait months for a replacement that i would never know when it would be available again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Purchased a Geek Squad Certified monitor from Best Buy, and it arrived without a power cable, which is unacceptable. If these items are truly "rigorously tested," as advertised, missing essential components like a power cable should never happen. Refused to send me a power cable. Be weary of "geek squad certified"
