Only peeve—though refurbished, they should be ready for use out of the box. It wasn’t recognized in file explorer but was in the taskbar. Had to perform disk management to assign a drive and reformat it before use. Good to go, no further issues.

BEST COMPANION IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL STORAGE. THIS COMES IN HANDY AND VERY LIGHT WEIGHT TO CARRY. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL STORAGE THIS IS THE WAY TO GO. I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES TO THIS DATE ON THIS SAMSUNG EXTERNAL SSD DRIVE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My first impression about the Samsung T5 1TB External USB Type C Portable Solid State Drive was its size. Compared to a credit card, it has exactly the same height, its length is a half inch less and its width is the same as a stack of nine cards. Wow! I bought a refurb and it has performed flawlessly so far and it is very fast. I can transfer hundreds of 40MB RAW files in at least half the time it takes to transfer to an optical drive. Very happy with my purchase.

I use this to record surveillance videos on my Tesla M3 sentry cameras. It works fine, and there is plenty of room for video clips. Hoping it lasts. Time will tell.

I got this for my PS4, since I was getting annoyed with how long it would take to load stuff in at times. It’s much better than the internal hard drive or an external HDD. If you’ve got the money for it, I’d recommend it.

I have been using this with my laptop for about a year now and have had no issues. Item came new and clean with no scratches and has worked great. It writes quickly and I loaded it up with movies and tv shows to watch

No install problems. I can clone more than 500 gig from my MacBook in about 20 minutes to a blank backup. . I can do incremental updates in just a few minutes. Just what I wanted.

This product came with the original wires that you need to operate and with the Geek Squad Certification I felt comfortable that it would work the way it's suppose to.

This is my review of the Samsung ssd t5 1tb. I bought it refurbished so it didn't have the original packaging. I haven't used it yet. Going to load my term papers on it in the morning.

This a great hard drive for use with a laptop with not a lot of hard drive space. Good deal from the Geek Squad on a refirb.

It’s small, portable/lightweight and super easy to use. Very fast Upload/Download Data File Write Speeds.

My personal experience 72 GB database backup from PC to Disk < 4 Minutes 3 GB Movie backup from Tablet to Disk < 2 Minutes What I say else.

I use it for my Tesla and it is great. I f you have the Sentry set up I recommend.
