Put it in the glovebox of wife's Model Y for Dashcam Service. Connected and formated, very slick. Looking for great service from this unit as I have experienced from the other Samsung T7 I have doing the same thing in another car.

Exactly what I needed for editing 4k video. It's fast and it's small - it's not going to become a primary storage drive for large video projects at only 1TB, but it works great as a spot to park both a Final Cut Pro X library as well as working media for an active project. Once the project is delivered I tend to dump the data to a slower drive for archiving and wipe this one. Works great!

Excellent external hard drive. I’ve purchased over 10 of these for our videography business and it is so easy to transfer video and images from this drive to my Mac. Absolutely recommend!

Product has worked well over the two months I have used it. I've been able to play Hogwarts Legacy moderately well on a lower-tier gaming laptop with it so the speed has been good!

It's the best external SSD you can get. It is really nice and compact, about the size of a thick credit card. I use this mainly for gaming as I have a lot of games, it's very fast read and writes. Almost as good as the Samsung 970 internal SSDs Samsung as.

The T7 1TB SSD is fast and works great for holding my photos and videos. We have several computers and this way each computer can have access to the original photo etc. without making copies of copies which leads to poorer photos each time it is copied. It is connected to my laptop most all the time, but can easily be removed and connected to another as there is no setup!

This is extremely easy for me to recommend. It's small, light, fast, and secure.

I use this drive for my BMPCC 6K Pro camera. I edit straight from this drive and have only had one issue. I lost some footage and couldn’t recover it but the T7 at the time wasn’t approved with the Akers only the T5 drives. Since them Blackmagic has done an update and these drives work great.

Does the job, is 2 TB unlike other external memories. A bit gimmicky when it comes to locking it, but set a password for it when you connect it and thatll be the main storage you work with.
