Make it easier to carry it around with plenty of storage. Bonus about it is that this can be use with IPad Pro 2020 because it’s usb-c which mean large storage at your hand. Reasonable price for SSD BUT the write and read speed is pretty low for a SSD. If you want SSD with around 1,000 mbps in write and read speed then you will need to purchase pricey sibling.

Works wonderfully. Super small and fast Over USB-C. Even works with my iPad. Great replacement for my spindle drives I was using.

I have a MacBook Pro with a 250GB internal drive, it filled up in no time. A two-minute virtual choir video project was running about 45GB. I have a 2TB HDD but it is way to slow for Audio/Video work. The 1TB SanDisk SSD is super fast and has performed without a glitch. I will soon be getting the 2TB version. It is smaller than I expected but that is not a bad thing, it takes up less room on the desk.

Best Choice Out There

Perfect for those that need the extra storage space but don't want to go internal. I used it to expand my iMac storage space. Super simple to plug in and start using. Docked one point because of expense. Would be great if it was about $125, cost almost double.

Sandisk solid state

Easy to set up!

Works great for storing photos and other documents. When traveling and doing photography I was using a conventional external hard drive but was always worried of a possible failure and loss of the photos I had taken. With a solid state drive you are not 100% safe but are in a much more reliable situation since solid state hard drives have no moving parts that could fail.

Super FAST!

I like the fact that the device seems pretty durable I’ve been taking it on any trips with me just yet but plan to in the future. I also like that I’ll be able to hook it up to my iPad as well as my MacBook Pro.
