High value microphone with nice build quality

Was previously using an older Rode VideoMic Pro but got tired of using 9V batteries. A nice surprise was the included fuzzy windscreen that can go over the foam windscreen when using in high winds.

Great quality and sound

The size is good, feels like a quality product and sound was a big improvement. Plugged right into my Sony a6000 and worked perfectly out of the box. I would recommend this mic to anyone looking for an affordable, solid microphone.

If you want to get an awesome sound without breaking the bank, give this little but mighty micro-microphone a try out. I mount it on my sony body or canon body cameras. Great comparison against the rode which is also own. Look for all reviews on youtube concerning the saramonic vmic You will not be disappointed.

compact mic

Meaning you need to be able to turn it down. So you don't over load your recording. its small and compact. I'm still experimenting in loud settings. Along with other mics. I would have no problem giving it a higher score, but at this time its just user error.
