It's a great drive. Works very well. Occasionally some very, very quiet disk noises, nothing too loud though

A little more compact compared to traditional external drives. Good design for cooling & relatively quiet. The USB3 cable included was 36" in length (product description often states 18"), which worked well for my needs.

Its a good product so far, great amount of space, it just takes my computer a few extra moments to think about switching from my desktop space to looking through its space. Nothing longer than a minute at most, so not bad at all, i feel as though its likely fixable but Im not even bothered enough to try

I purchased this to backup my UHD media files. I have a 32 TB Synology server, it gives me just over 20TB of protected storage. I added a 16TB RaidBox via USB and loaded all of my UHD files on it. Concerned with no backup in the event of the RaidBox failing, I pulled the trigger on this 24TB Expansion drive. Once I backed up all my files, I unplugged it and set it on a shelf. As I add more UHD media to my collection, I will continue to add the files to the backup. All things considered, I am very pleased with the drive. It is fast, but it does get quite warm.

Awesome external hard drive to back-up my computers. It's amazing how well it works despite of managing large amounts of data, I recommend this product if you need to store large amounts of data because it is not that big.

It was a good price. The amount of TB is really good. Although it showed about 2 TB less than it should have. That seems a lot space taken up for other things. I will recheck on this later.

I bought this for extra storage for my storage and games for PC. This works quite well. It has a good amount of space and it can play games that from a certain era very well. It can play games like high on life and South of midnight either in 4k or 1080p with minimum or no stutters depending on the textures for example. It can play games that were from PS4 Xbox 360 era that were ported to PC quite well. I highly recommend this for storage or for paying video games that aren't to texture heavy.

I’m a content creator hoarding 8 K footage, and this behemoth finally stopped my “scratch‑disk shuffle.” Large‑file copies average 220 MB/s sustained over USB 3.0; a full 4 TB project dump finished overnight with bandwidth to spare. The drive is nearly silent—fan noise from my PC masks it entirely. Seagate’s Rescue Data Recovery was the clincher; knowing professional recovery is covered for three years lets me sleep at night. Wish the enclosure had a USB‑C port for future‑proofing, but the included 18‑inch Type‑A cable is sturdy. Perfect bulk storage for Plex, Time Machine, or cold archives.

Works well with no problems. The price per byte is hard to beat. Not as fast as a solid state version, but for the price and the space it's plenty fast.
so far, so good: massive capacity drive under $300

so far, so good - great price for a massive 24TB external hard drive, though is a bit early to tell for a storage device like this (will update this review if any problems in the future).
files have been easy to transfer onto the drive, and after 2 months, haven't experienced any issues.
think the main fear with any hard drive would be data corruption/loss over time, so it'll be interesting to see what these reviews look like in a few years' time - in the meantime, this drive does exactly what it says on the tin.
