I bought a car alarm with Geek Squad installation included in the price. I printed out my email, picked up the alarm from best buy the same day as the install, and in 3 1/2 hours it was all done. Looks great, LED was installed exactly where I wanted. Installer explained to me how it all worked, different modes, etc. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

a gift from the girlfriend because she gets scared most of the time my car will get stolen. It also came with a FREE installation and great customer service

Eddie, my Best Buy auto alarm installer took time to intelligently answer all my questions and expertly installed my alarm in a timely manner.

Overall good system. Basic alarm with keyless entry. Get this if you're not too concerned about your car getting stolen, but want some deterrent.

This review is just for the installation process. I had been waiting on my mechanic to order an alarm system and then install it with the new radio i bought, when all the pieces for the radio came in he had not even ordered the alarm and said it would take another three weeks. I called Best Buy and they were able to install both the radio and the alarm the same day. They worked really fast and well, were able to recommend a great alarm system at a good price and get me back on the road again.

Paul was my tech again so all went well. I had questions about the stereo put in an Paul took care of it.

Great service but scheduling with mainland didn't work out and we had to reschedule down here in Hawaii.

Our technician was spot on he really knew his job he went above and beyond in installing our equipment

Not much to say really other than it does it's job!

The first tech that did my alarm didn't seem very experienced kept on asking the other tech questions about the install. And of course there was a lot of things that weren't working after the install. after my truck being there for four and a half hours I decide to come back another day. I was a little upset but kept my composure and talk to the senior tech and ended up getting a remote start and alarm instead and a great deal and the senior tech made sure he was working today I came in to drop off my truck

The guy who did my install was awsome he helped me know more about the system then I knew

The install was done with solid work, but the installation took quite long, about 5 hours. Tech had difficulties with the stock alarm, but after everything was put together, I couldn't be happier.

Great service and quality installation. I am very happy with the way BB did to install my alarm in my car. It's clean and has a factory look to it. They were finished before the scheduled time and I could not have been more pleased with the end product. Thank you.
