I am happy with the instalation. I deducted a star because. I was charged an extra $50 dollars because GMC moved a part behind the firewall and the technician had to make a hole to run the cable through the firewall. I felt that was not my fault nor that made it a "custom" installation.

I was searching for a alarm without the remote starter, I was told by the representative that this is what I was looking for and he was right. It lets me know when someone is close and when they stand there to long or touch my car! I love it and would buy another if needed!

I checked around & found that the quality of service at other local shops was significantly lower than Best Buy's standards. All connections were soldered to assure the best reliability. This was actually the 2nd car that I had their technician, Pat, install & both have worked extremely well. One was a '90 Honda & the other an '05 Nissan, so they can work on both older & newer cars.

Had to go back twice due to my radio didnt work after car alarm install, then took back my car and after I got it back , my cd player didnt work. Installer (accidently?) cut wires by mistake?

Bought a Viper 350HV + installation on line for my Subaru Legacy that did not come with key-less entry. Price was good and the installer did a clean install at my local Best Buy store. The remote range is impressive.

Overpriced lousy appointment times when I left equipment didn't work and was unable to reschedule appointment to have fixed due to lousy appointment times !!!!!!! Will not recommend Geek squad to anyone for car audio service. Stick to computers

Best Buy installed an alarm on my '86 Ford Wagon. Extremely professional staff who clearly had the experience to do the job right the first time. Installed took extra time to ensure I knew all possible solutions before the installation and then took extra time after to ensure I knew every possible scenario for how the alarm worked. Very well done!

The employees that performed the installation are excellent, not only did they do a expert job of installation, they also took the time to make sure I had purchased the proper unit ( which I did not ) they adjusted my items and made sure I new why my original purchase wasn't correct. Thank You

its a old car but it's for my daughter and it's has manual windows . This alarm will work great with the help of the installer from Best Buy . I will always go to Bust Buy for all my needs for the inside of my cars

The installer at best buy helped me pick out the perfect alarm at a reasonable price. The locks respond consistently and the buttons are easy to see and use. The alarm works great and is consistent with the description the installer explained to me. Overall, very happy with product!

It was not fully explained by my installer at Southland Taylor store why I needed TWO add-ons in addition to the installation fee. Also, the Geek Squad installer did not take the time to explain operation of the system installed. So, I've had to disconnect the alarm from the battery in order to enter and drive my vehicle. The wiring was left exposed anyway. Also, the installer did not mount the horn on the alarm to anything but attached it to my air-conditioner's hose.

The techs.installed the system on time.They let me know the cost of parts ahead of work.Have nothing but praise for the techs and product.

The senior employee who installed my alarn was the best. He did a great job and when I had to bring it back to have the lights go on when the alarm is activated, he did it with NO problems and did not get angry I brought this up....

I'm satisfied with this alarm system.. the button of the remote not well designed. For the touch .it seems the buttons over lapping each other. .

My alarm was installed on time, with in the window of time quoted, the fee was included with the purchase , great value , friendly installers, no issues..

The technicians did a great job, everything works fine and they were very courteous. Only problem was that the alarm speaker was rubbing something so it was making a strange noise, easy fix..

The installer, Blaire, was very professional and thorough in his explanation and knowledge of the viper alarm system I had installed. The system is exactly what I asked for and does the job well.
