I don't know if it was the alarm or the installer but even just so simple an alarm as a one way system is this can't even handle that I've had it two weeks and now it will just simply lock and unlock the doors and it never arms the alarm and the siren doesn't work at all it never chirps. I might as well have just paid for keyless entry
