Lightweight and easy to use. Came with 3 washable pads

I really enjoy using the Shark Steam Pocket to clean. The steam helps to loosen any built-up debris/dirt, and lifts gum off the floor. The only drawbacks are that the water canister needs to be refilled often and I wish that all head accessories were just included with the unit versus having to purchase separately.

This seems to work well. I like the fact that it's just water and scrubbing. Some of their other mops like this require you buy their soap in the proper dispenser they sell it in. This seems to work well as just steam. Use it on tile and hardwood. Hardwood is a low steam setting as you don't want to saturate wood.

This really is a great steam vac for the price! Super easy to use and comes with 3 cleaning pads. My boys even like to run it for me so thats a huge bonus! We have now purchased 3 of these! One for us and then one for my mother in law and my 81 year old grandmother! (Its super easy to use!)

This mop is easy to use and really effective. I use it a few times a week to clean our floors, because we have a large dog that tracks in dirt and leaves muddy prints. This mop quickly gets the job done -- it's ready to go moments after plugging in. So much better than traditional mopping!

I have ceramic tile and vinyl floors. It did a good job on the vinyl floors on the lowest setting. When I purchased this, I was not aware that it was not recommended to use the higher settings on vinyl and no wax floors. I would still purchase this. I am pleased with the results on my floors.

You can see the steam as you go!! The only thing is that you have to dust your floors firs otherwise it wont clean well. So dont get rid of your broom if you are buying this. Odor free and you dont have to use quimicals

I have read reviews that state the no pouts out too much water but I feel the opposite. I have to have the setting all the way up to get adequate water however I feel the mop does a good job. The head is a little too large to fit behind the toilet however

This cleans my floor better (and faster) than swiffers. My only caution is if I leave it on the floor for a few seconds, it feels like the floor is burning. Not sure if this can damage the floor. Anybody has any insight?

I had purchased a more expensive Shark last year, but lost it in a move. This steams my pseudo-hardwood floors every bit as good as the other Shark that cost twice as much. I do miss the larger water reservoir, though.

I bought this to clean my bathrooms and kitchen floors, and it does a good overall job, but if you have textured flooring this device doesn't really get into the crevices to clean the whole floor.

I really don't know how I lived without this product before. I love going bare footed on my title floor and my feet can feel the difference from the Shark streamer and a regular mopping

I used this on my wood floors and I have to say it did a pretty good job. I caught this on sale, so I'm pleased with the savings I got as well as the results of the cleaning.

Works good on tile floor. Cleans and sanitizes like advertised. Only downfall is that it doesn't get the grout lines very well. IMO it would be best on wood/linoleum floors.

This is our third steamer from Shark. They are really a great cleaner and take care of germs too. This model has an extra small foot for cleaning up tough spots.

With variable steam settings, this works on tile or hardwood. Had a couple steam mops and this works the best yet. Moreover, they pack 2 extra mop covers.

This mop gets very hot if you are barefoot. It cleans great after some renovations my floors were disgusting and this made them look new again

Good steam mop for wood floors shines and keeps floors fresh but easily runs out of water so you have to refill
