Cleans like a champ but I miss the original, where you could control the heat by pumping the handle. Those cleaned much better in my opinion.

I have many Shark products and have never been disappointed with one. The steam Mop is no exception. It's lightweight and really does the job!

just the right size, i have a small kitchen and bath that are tile, works great , not big and bulky..

Not only is my floor squeaky clean, it's sanitized too! Love this mop! Clean up is great, just throw the cleaning head in the wash machine!

Bought this for my hardwood floors and bathroom tiles. It works great! Gets even the little spills that are dried onto the floor off!

We find shark steamer woorks well on cleaning kitchen tile and restroom tile very good...

This is my first try with a steam mop, and I have to admit that I'm very impressed! Heats up and is ready to use pretty quickly.

We have two dogs living in our house. It cleans paw prints off our floors with the steam and the extra scrubber without a fuss.

I recommend cleaning floor before first use. This gives you opportunity to get the deep dirt making streamer more effective.

Used once. It was quick steaming and cleaned a new condo vinyl and tile floors. Will try again very soon. It was on sales.

Fairly basic so it's easy to use without any thought. It handles being tossed around a bit and still works fine.

Works well and produces a lot of steam. I would, however like to see the ability to use this in smaller places.

This was a pretty good deal, the mop heats up quick and there's a cool little scrubber you can use for tight areas.

Took me a while to open the box and try this steam mop. So glad I did! I actually enjoyed mopping the floor!

Great mop, quick and easy to use cleans great I just spray dirty areas with soap and use mop over it.

Works great on our hardwood floors. Mop pads are easy to clean. The floors look great after every use.
