This is a much better robovac than the Rumba that we had. It cleans better and is easier to manage. Only complaint it that it does not have the ability to tell it what room to clean.

Several pros and cons to this model in the Shark vac line-up. The best feature of this machine is the self-empty feature. All you need to do is empty the main canister depending on your usage. Now, for the CONS: 1. Once it has mapped your cleaning area, you can't designate specific areas to clean; it's all or nothing with this model. 2. It can't map very well in the dark. 3. Collision avoidance is nonexistent. 4. I have it dead in a corner on a few occasions. 5. It will absolutely try to run over anything that doesn't trigger the collision bumper. It's not a bad unit, but there are others on the market that really out perform this one in several areas. But, if you just want a machine that can handle your daily cleaning needs, this one will work.

Works great. I guess my only complaint is that I would need 2 for my house because sometimes it dies during cleaning sessions and I find it mid clean somewhere in the house? I love it though. It helps with pet hair and puppy dirt!

I bought this on sale for black friday and im glad i did! It does a great job of getting the whole house and under things that i could never get to! Saves a whole lot of time and the docking station is great for emptying the vacuum!

Self emptying is the way to go tho and it holds alot of dust and pet fur before needing to be emptied. It also is pretty easy to clean. As much as i love my robot vacuum i feel like i have to baby sit it and rescue it often. Also why Shark decided to not allow it to map and select where to clean is bs for almost 500$. It also could use a bit more battery life. Overall i would recommend a different model but definitely go with self emptying with no bags.

Works great! We have 3 dogs and it does a great job handling all the dog hair. Only gripe is that it runs longer than it is programmed to run which caused the battery to run out in less than 5 Months.

Decent product. Not as strong as uprights obviously, but good for what it is intended for. Went back to get a second one for the upstairs, but within a month the price for the exact same model jumped from $350 to $500. Guess I'll have to wait...

I believe this would have been a great purchase if I didn't have children or such a large house. my floors are all wood so it worked great on hard floors. My home is too large so it would only get through one or two rooms before returning to charge again no to mention my children make it hard to not have anything on the floor so it would interrupt the shark from doing its job.

Used the vac 4 times now and it's doing a great job! Seems to be very intelligent and can get to places regular vacuums can't. Will still need to use regular vac every once in a while but for cleaning high traffic areas this vacuum is awesome. We have indoor pets and it's surprising how much is picked up using every other day!

We bought this for my husband auto dealership. It keeps it nice and clean. We have it set to clean after we close . Does a great job. It can get mixed up a bit around wires and such. Keep them out of reach . It’s made my life easier. Woukd purchase again for sure!
