Great product and does exactly what it needs to do. Have had for a few months now and still hasn’t picked up the map of the house, but other than that, it nicely picks up all the pug hair on off the floor!!

I was skeptical about the Shark brand at first. I watched several videos on YouTube before buying this one. Im so glad I made this decision. The Shark has better suction power and it does go back to it's base automatically, something that my Roomba has NEVER done.

Nicer then my iroomba. Bought the shark as a gift for my disabled brother as a Christmas/Birthday gift. Has better functions then my iroomba (ie empties itself, doe not vacuum randomly) very good suction, same price. The Shark is a better option in my opinion.

I got it for my wife, who had to have it. Was gknna het a rumba (probably spelled it wrong) but she was happy with it. Sometimes it doenst pick pic debris on the first pass. Normally it gets ot on the second pass. Overall its a decent maxhime

I'm still expecting better navigation since every time it needs to return to the base it take too much time. A lot of problems to connected with Alexa. Good performance anyhow.

No auto mapping and dry grass and straws get stuck in the dispenser when trying to auto empty and errors out which requires a manual cleanup of roller and the bin. If such things happen, the robo doesn’t remember the previous cleaned path and starts new. Even after 2-3 hours of continuous operation, there will still be some uncleared spots in our living room. Definitely not worth the money

So far, I am pleased with the robot vac. It cleans well and I like the self-empty trash. It misses a few sections of a room, but should do a better job as it learns.

This product really cleans the floors. I have it vacuum daily. It is very convenient not to have to empty daily. You can even map where it should go and not go. The main downside is that the base on the one I already had burned out before the year was up. I bought this new one for my mom before my unit quit working. Shark was kind enough to replace it but the warranty is for the original which expires in a month. When I called, the customer support person told me it was “worn out.” If Shark gets the base more dependable, I’d give this a 5.

Excellent Product. We are so impressed with the EZ Robo that we now have purchased two from Best Buy! Works flawlessley,wife likes the App. The app controls both units. Always returns to base, doesn't die on the job. Self empty is a great feature, mutiple cleanings until cannister needs emptied.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Cleans very well. I like that you can use your phone to set up a map and schedule for when it should clean. Also has an option to dispose trash more often (ON ITS OWN) since I have a dog and he sheds a lot of hair.

So far I very pleased with he Shark robot vacuum. Much quieter then the Roomba and has been cleaning theater room fantasticly. No problems and the app works great for remote starts and monitoring. Would recommend it to friends and family.

works well. Have not had any problems with it but do need to clean brushes often if you have pets

Really good and cost effective. I bought it in 2021 but its still working great even after 2 years. The bot vaccum is powerful enough to get all dust. Also the bin is large nough so that you dont have to empty it frequently.

I love this thing! This is my 2nd robot vacuum. First one I had for years and was pretty basic. This one picks up so much more and empties itself then heads back out to keep cleaning. I have two dogs so this has been a huge help!

Still mapping out my house, but so far I love it. Sucks up stuff really well and Everytime it empties into the base I'm always shocked on how much it has picked up! Definitely worth it. Makes cleaning my house a while lot easier! Just make sure when you set it up that you just let it do it's thing I had to factory reset mine because the map got thrown off because I was trying to mess with it. However if your looking for something that works just as well as a normal manual vacuum then this is not for you. This is mainly just to get the surface layer of dirt, hair, dust. It does work well to limit the amount of dust that is floating around.

Im not disappointed with this vacuum however i do feel like i was duped a little. This is really the entry level self emptying robot. That is my fault for not paying attention. I bought it based on a perceived reall great deal but really the regular price was inflated. It works as it should but doesn't map. That may not be a big deal to you but if you’re wanting to be able to adjust the map to skip something like a Christmas tree skirt, its not possible. Also the collection bin is 1/2 the size of the next level up. If I was buying this at full price and there was really only a $50 difference, I would go for the extra $50 model all day long.

Cheaper then iRobot brand and works just as well. Have a little issue connecting it to my Alexa, but that might just be user error. My wife loves that we have it in our home. 1 things she doesn't have to do around the house anymore.

We had a off-brand robot vacuum, and we were never impressed with it. This Shark on the other hand, is amazing! And it is the first of these that actually goes in sensible rows, instead of crazy zig-zagging!

Good overall. A bit difficult to map space. Still waiting to complete after two weeks. I like how clean the floors are left

As a pet owner I know how it is hard to clean my floor and the carpets. This vacuum made my life easier. It is a self emptying type and almost no intervention is required during cleaning. But it struggles to clean my 0.5 inch thick rug. It stops in between and asking to clean the sensors. It cleans up the pet hair and human hair well and it does not get struck on the wheels. Overall a good vacuum.
