I bought this to replace my old Roomba. I have had it for a month now and can say it is far superior to my old robot vacuum. It has more suction power and does a back and forth vacuum job. My old unit would vacuum one area then take off across the house to another area and then come back later. This Shark seems to learn and remember where it has been. The self empty is nice but with dogs, I have to still empty it every few days. I think that is my biggest complaint. It needs a bigger storage compartment. It also does not get stuck as often as my old unit did. So far i am super impressed.

Although it does not create a map of your floor, it will do the job. We use it 3-4 times a week, both in carpet and hard floor, and run nicely.

Works great, even with 4 furry pets. Thank god I got the self-emptying one. I can’t imagine having to empty it as much as I’d need to. So easy to set up, and the fact I can control it from my phone is great.

What can I say? This vacuum is awesome. I set it on a nightly schedule and it kicks off and does what it’s supposed to. I check the tank weekly and empty it out. You can also set it to go back to the dock to empty its contents once it gets full and then continues on its way to finish the job. This is way better in my opinion than the vacmop. I don’t even care that this one doesn’t mop because the vacmop didn’t do that great of a job anyway. Love this thing. I would buy this 10 times over!!

So far so good. It does it's job without too many issues. I love the self emptying feature. It doesn't map out the house to individual rooms, however it will give you a map of what it has cleaned.

We have 2 very very large labs that shed like crazy, this vacuum has been amazing! I move it around the house (2200sf multi level house) every day or so and the self emptying feature is a life saver. I have to clean the bottom sometimes mid-cycle, but I don't blame the vacuum, I blame my shedding dogs! Give it a quick swipe, put it back down, and away it goes! The sensors get a little dusty, but again, just a quick clean every week takes care of that. You can also buy the replacement brushes and filters for a low price as a bundle on Amazon. I would literally be vacuuming every day with a manual vacuum cleaner and hating every second of it!

Does a good job cleaning, but seems confused on cleaning area. Battery doesn’t seem to last very long sometimes.

It's ok. My phone wouldn't connect at first and that was frustrating. But overall ok

For anyone with a pet, this vacuum makes the upkeep of hardwood floors so much more pleasant! No more dander from the dogs and the app control is so conveinent!

Got it since having 2 cats turned out to be a big furry deal. It actually vacuums all the fluffy hair from the floors, perfect for 1 story homes

We have had a rumba and also one other off brand and this one is by far the best one we have used. Battery life, cleaning quality and not to mention self emptying. We have 6 dogs and it keeps us from having to vacuum daily.

Great on floors. Does a fair job on carpets. A little trouble to get it running on wifi but with the help of the help desk, my husband got it running.

Great vacuum. It has made cleaning the house so much easier. With 2 growing boys at the house this makes keeping the floors clean simple. It has also made my wife very happy. Less cleaning for her.

Great product. Use it daily in a house of 4 kids with 2 large dogs. Great battery life.

Great for in between vacuuming. Doesn’t do well with dog hair and gets clogged easy. But it does the job I needed it too which was giving me a break from vacuuming everyday

Love this product. You’re available to schedule the time for it to run. Perfect for when you’re at work to come home to a clean floor.

I bought this vacuum for tg sale ago and very impressed with the performance. Setup was very easy and the app is very user friendly. We were having a hard time keeping up with the daily cleaning of food crumbs from toddler. This vacuum was a game changer. Do we still have crumbs yes but not near what it used to be. We still break out the regular vacuum. Once a week to get the areas the shark can't get. I have recommend this to family and will continue to do so. We opted for the dust bin and was a good choice for us but not necessary if you don't have the needs we do. I was skeptical about this working but thus far, it has exceeded my expectations.

I have returned the vaccuum. While it has a bin for auto empty for longer cleaning process. The bar on bottom for cleaning is small. and weak... Every time it started cleaning cycle it would get stuck Especially on rugs with some hair etc clogged on the machine. Then would not return to the dock to empty itself. It would stay put until someone emptyed the debry from rollar.

This vacuum is a pretty good product. It is fairly quiet but you do notice it in action. Controlled by app which is nice. My cat likes to chase it around so that’s fun.
