Great and affordable. It is a little loud, but works fine. You don't need to buy extra things. All you have to do is just dump out the dust cup once it is full. Also can control it through the app.

I have 3 dogs and one is a malamute and sheds like crazy. The carpet and house look amazing everyday now that we set it and forget it. Really easy to just come home and empty a bin when needed.

Works great but can't get the function to work that causes it to return to dock to recharge and continue cleaning. Very good value for the price.

I compared the specs to other shark vacs and other brands. The spes say that the ez has two sweeper brushes. But when i received my rv912s it only had one side brush and its only about 1inch long. Rechecked the specs. They show and say it has two side brushes about 2inches long but it does not. Guess they changed the design of newer models and didn’t update the specs. Also when you watch videos that are shown for the ez they are useing a totally different model robot vacuum . Also it wouldnt pair with my internet. I have the newest fiber optic 2G and 5G network that’s available. Keeps saying incorrect password. Talked to shark customer service. They went through the set up instruction list just as i did with no results. Said that the tech department would call me back within 24 hours. Was three days before they called. After two days, I wasn’t going to wait any further. Tried to link it with my daughters Internet, who has a shark IQ robot and is still with that link. Not sure what im doing next.

We received this as a Christmas present. I had never really thought this was something we needed. Boy was I wrong. We love it and cannot imagine life without it now. It cleans in places that we just ignored.

Love this! Had the mop and we had too many rugs for it. Traded for this one and Love it!!! I love turning it on when we leave and come home to carpet lines. Great on dog hair too

This is my second robot vacuum. My first one was a base model deebot, which quit after two years. Paying twice as much for this shark, along with the great reviews had my expectations high. First day, brought it home, set it up... set a schedule. My first complaint was you could only schedule one cleaning a day. Second complaint, you can't make it clean a specific area or room..... just has one mode. Third it would get lost and run out of batter. I live in a 1790sf home. The down stairs is probably 900sf. First week it was fine, then it started getting lost and wouldn't make it back to the dock. Decided to move the dock somewhere else, more open. Bad decision.... started finding it at the original dock area....moved it back, and battery would die inches away from dock. Rearranged my entire living room, think maybe its too many furniture pieces (which btw the deebot never had a problem navigating). Nada. Decided to return it. It was a few days passed the 14 day return policy. Best buy was great and still honored a full refund.

Great investment. Easy set up and great product. Cleans very well and is self sufficient. App developers have work to do, but over all, the vacuum itself is great.

I like this vacuum. It does a pretty good job at picking up dirt and animal fur. Pretty easy to just keep running in the background.

I've had this for a while now and its absolutely the best. Every time we turn it on, it gets Everything up. The only thing is the app doesn't work for me, but besides that this is a top tier product.

Going to say I returned this item. There were some features I thought I'd like such as the bagless system and self-emptying. That said it was not enough to overcome the rest. First time I used it, seemed fine, everything is great it vacuumed and returned to base to empty itself. Picked up a lot of mess and good to go... Even if it's pathing was a little weird. Second time not so much, it got stuck and then trying to help it, it re-stuck itself over and over. I also noticed the little side broom things spin way to slowly for it actually help it pick things up. Though more on the stuck thing, I contacted support to see if I was the issue or not. Their solution was to have all the lights on while it vacuums because of the sensors it uses it needs light or it might get stuck. Complaining about a robot vacuum not being perfect is pretty first world issues, but that seemed like an oversight on the design part. If you leave all the lights on in your house, this one will probably work just fine. If not maybe spend a little more or less and get something different.

We have had this for a year and a half and really wish we could go back to the Eufy we had before. I had to reprogram it maybe 5 or 6 time to start mapping. It does not give a single F about the magnetic boundaries, and today was the last straw where it literally ripped the boundary up from the floor and went around vacuuming with the magnetic strip in the roller. The rubber on the roller is destroyed now. Spend your hard earned money, and your patience elsewhere. It vacuums OK besides that.

Best purchase. My spouse and I are extremely busy people so this allows us to keep our floors clean anytime of the day. We can set it for a set time to do it’s sweep. I love it!

The robot itself worked really well; however, I haven’t been using more than 5 months and it won’t charge on the charger any more. This seems to be an issue w the charging station and not the actual robot; however, does leave it useless as it will no longer work. I would recommend getting warranty if purchase. I did not as I had previously owned IRobot for years and didn’t expect this to stop working so quickly.

Best purchase I don’t have to sweep dog hairs and it stores the debris for 30 days.

We have had good experiences with Shark products. This model Shark vacuum is good but I returned it for the larger capacity model bc our indoor dogs shed a lot.

I bought this to reduce the need to vacuum so frequently to clean our golden retriever’s fur from everywhere. Although it was fun to watch the robot in action and to see the features like automatic emptying of the dust cup and modes for more or less suction and the ability to recharge, empty the dust bin and continue the job, the machine just didn’t pick up the dust and debris I hoped for. After letting the robot run its full cycle, I used my regular, corded Shark vacuum to clean the same room and hallway that had already been cleaned by the robot and I picked up more dirt, dog hair and debris than the robot had. The robot also got stuck under some furniture and communication with the app on my phone was intermittent. It probably works better on hard floors, but I need it for my carpeted areas. It is also supposed to come with some “Boundary strips” you can put on the floor to block entry to certain areas, but I could find none in the box and was told it would cost about $30 to ship me some. I plan to return it

It works as advertised, cleans itself up as advertised. It doesn’t get stuck as much as my last one did.

Amazing. Love it. Works great. I just wish I were able to move it to different floors of the house. It's difficult to purchase a $350 vacuum for each floor of my house. But, on the one floor, it works great. It occasionally gets stuck but that's no big issue. It even senses the stairs and stops before falling. Amazing technology I tell ya. It definitely sells your house spec data to third-party companies, but if that doesn't bother you, it's worth the money. My house feels much cleaner and I feel a sense of relief with the Shark - EZ Robot Vacuum.
