None or the fanciest features of these style of cleaners, but it works. It has the important features and does a good job. Better than the cheap Amazon brands for sure.

Shark EZ Robot Vacuum , Works well has two speeds will run down the battery faster but worth it , cleans good on hard wood floors .

I have had it for 2 months now and it has been great. It picks up great and no more have to push a vacuum around again. I would buy another one if needed

This vacuum works really wells on hard and tile floors. The self-empty feature is amazing. We have a golden retriever and it helps with the hair collection.

I love this product I wish it had mapping but it does a great job we have two one for upstairs and the mop vacuum for downstairs

This was a replacement and love the upgrades! App is nice to control and the extra dirt storage is nice too.

The vacuum works really well, but making a map with it was very confusing

we had no problem set-up or getting it to work. If I knew my granddaughter would have so much fun and vacuum w/no nagging, i would have bought it sooner

I really think its a good machine but i have a lot of wires and gets tangled but that’s my fault..

We have two dogs and a cat, all of whom shed a great deal. This has so far been a great vacuum for regular dust and pet hair cleanup!

Love this little guy! Only problem is that it doesn’t vacuum every room every time. Has helped so much with my allergies.

Bought on sale and works great for price. Does seem to clog easy but with a shedding dog it is expected

Brought this vacuum for our parents to help them with this chore. Vacuum works well and they appreciate the self-empty base. Programming the route ( area to vacuum ) was some what complicated and they required help from my wife to set up. The vacuum doesn't get all the dirt all the time. But given time it does a good job. My parents are happy with the vacuum and glad to retire this chore.

I got this robot about 6 monthes ago. Pro's? It cleans my hardwood floors amazingly. Pet hair, dirt, cat littler, you name it. It does a great job navigating my house and remembering where it has been, where it needs to go, etc. I love the scheduling system. I can set times for when I want it to clean, or I can just have it clean whenever I like, even if I am away (App on phone). Cons? Theres a issue that happens pretty frequently now (Every 5 cleanings or so) that says the bumper is stuck. I googled it, and its a pretty frequent problem with this model. To fix it, I have to take off the bumper and pull out the lever to get it unstuck, because it will not attempt clean if its stuck. Its time consuming because you have to unscrew around 10 baby screws to get to it, its just tideous, but not worth the money to send it off to be fixed IMO. Im not sure about carpet, but I have a very short carpeted living room rug (no shag, just a standard short carpet rug) and it does not get dog hair off the carpet what so ever.

Its alright and does it job well, with self unloading bin is awesome. However it is not the best and while the pathing is good enough, it is still kind of dumb in comparison to later versions. In fact I downgraded from the Vacmop because it broke (i would give it 3 out of 5 stars as well due to how fiddly it is and self unloading feature makes night and day difference). I wish Shark creators would of combined the latest Vacmop pathing and sensors with self unloading feature. Overall it is good vacuum with good pathing (predictable Z pattern back and forth), but it is dumber than Vacmop (not drastically), but without constant hassle of you emptying it after every cleaning session as with Vacmop. I recommend it over Vacmop since mopping feature is overrated (Vacmop mopping basically just drags wet mop behind and doesn't scrub the stuck into the floor particles and it requires metric ton of shampoo bought for it), vacmop requires constant unloading and cleaning by owner and constant detaching and attaching the mop so it could drag it behind it, is redundant. Even better pathing and room learning isn't saving grace of the latest Vacmop model.
