This little sucker does an amazing job. It’s unreal the amount it cleans up that you wouldn’t even think is there. I have all hard wood floors so it’s works great

Brought this vacuum for our parents to help them with this chore. Vacuum works well and they appreciate the self-empty base. Programming the route ( area to vacuum ) was some what complicated and they required help from my wife to set up. The vacuum doesn't get all the dirt all the time. But given time it does a good job. My parents are happy with the vacuum and glad to retire this chore.

I got this robot about 6 monthes ago. Pro's? It cleans my hardwood floors amazingly. Pet hair, dirt, cat littler, you name it. It does a great job navigating my house and remembering where it has been, where it needs to go, etc. I love the scheduling system. I can set times for when I want it to clean, or I can just have it clean whenever I like, even if I am away (App on phone). Cons? Theres a issue that happens pretty frequently now (Every 5 cleanings or so) that says the bumper is stuck. I googled it, and its a pretty frequent problem with this model. To fix it, I have to take off the bumper and pull out the lever to get it unstuck, because it will not attempt clean if its stuck. Its time consuming because you have to unscrew around 10 baby screws to get to it, its just tideous, but not worth the money to send it off to be fixed IMO. Im not sure about carpet, but I have a very short carpeted living room rug (no shag, just a standard short carpet rug) and it does not get dog hair off the carpet what so ever.

Its alright and does it job well, with self unloading bin is awesome. However it is not the best and while the pathing is good enough, it is still kind of dumb in comparison to later versions. In fact I downgraded from the Vacmop because it broke (i would give it 3 out of 5 stars as well due to how fiddly it is and self unloading feature makes night and day difference). I wish Shark creators would of combined the latest Vacmop pathing and sensors with self unloading feature. Overall it is good vacuum with good pathing (predictable Z pattern back and forth), but it is dumber than Vacmop (not drastically), but without constant hassle of you emptying it after every cleaning session as with Vacmop. I recommend it over Vacmop since mopping feature is overrated (Vacmop mopping basically just drags wet mop behind and doesn't scrub the stuck into the floor particles and it requires metric ton of shampoo bought for it), vacmop requires constant unloading and cleaning by owner and constant detaching and attaching the mop so it could drag it behind it, is redundant. Even better pathing and room learning isn't saving grace of the latest Vacmop model.

Love this machine. Cleans so well and less frequent emptying. My mother in law wants one now!

These are suoee helpfuk i have 2 and they help me keep my house clean l. Love comjng back from vacation and seeing clean floors.

This is the best invention ever. I never have to worry about my floors being dirty.

Decent robot vaccum, I did keep getting error that it could not empty out to the bin because of an obstruction. I cleaned the bin , looked through the vacuum base could not find anything, hopefully this is not a flaw otherwise it would be useless. The point is not having to empty the trash receptacle daily. I'll monitor and update this review , if necessary.

I love this vacuum! It’s a bit difficult to reset when you move, but is overall a wonderful vacuum.

Works as advertised. Robot vacuums are esentially a powered broom and don't necessairly take the place of a regular vacuum. That being said, they are a nice addition to a standard vacuum. We have lot of hardwood floors and 2 boxer dogs and this does a great job of picking up pet hair and keeping things clean between weekly vacuuming. Finds it's way around the house really well too.

Amazing robotic vacuum cleaner, that also mops. Programable, when you leave home set it to vacuum while you're gone.

Does an excellent job while we are at work. Battery life is very good!!

Only used it once, just today, and so far, I'm quite pleased. It made some noise, but not as loud as another reviewer lead me to believe. I worked on the couch as it did it's thing and it didn't bother me, but the whole point for me was to have it run when I'm not home. Didn't get every nook and cranny, but it got a good amount of dog hair, dirt, etc and i figure if I run it often, i'll only have to come through once a month or so to do a deep clean. I'm happy so far.

Works okay. Not a complete clean like with an actual vacuum, but good for spot cleaning when feeling lazy.

We’ve owned irobts and decided to try the Shark due to the price and we love it! Gets stuck way less often than our iRobot’s.

Works great. Learned pretty quick and the vac base is helpful. Wish it had more of a mapping tool on the app.

Decent vacuum, but leaves a lot to be desired when it tries to pick up dog hair or sand. Leaves small trails of debris regularly, but if you run it regular, you don't have to look at it too long. Decent battery life. Low "suck" ability. Not extremely powerful, but definitely a good start up model for the price.

Bought for daughter's new house warming gift, she felt in love and expressed how excited to have and how it picks up everything and dump it's self
