Works well but the suction isn't as strong as the Roomba

Strong suction. Easy to use. Works well with hardwood and carpet transition.

This little robot is a lifesaver. I love being able to just set it from work and know it’s doing it’s job. Gives me one less thing to do when I get home. The fact that it’ll empty itself when full and resume it’s course is amazing and also that when the battery gets low it’ll return to the base and recharge and continues its cleaning run

This is my first robot vac which I picked up on a great black friday deal. Wasn't sure if it would work as advertised and am very happy to say it n does! We have a small dog that tracks in small pieces of leaves and such and I was having to vaccum weekly. Now I set the robot to run 2x a week and the carpet always looks great. Very happy with my purchase!

This is a wonderful product that a joy to watch work. Cleans different types of floor surfaces, which in my home consists of carpet and ceramic tile. The only drawback is that I have a WiFi system that only works on 5G. This product will only work with a 2.5G system. I would have thought twice on the purchase had I known this, however, it works well without the WiFi.

It’s a decent robot vacuum. I have to bring it back to its dock more than I thought I would. I can’t get a map on the app. But overall, it vacuums and won’t quit until it’s done or malfunctions. It’s way better than me having to vacuum.

I’m sure there are better products on the market, but we are pleased with this vacuum. I purchased it on Black Friday to replace an aging unit that we have had for years. We have it scheduled to run regularly and it does a good job keeping things tidy between more thorough cleanings. The app keeps you posted of progress or any issues that the vac incurs

Shark has been the #1 brand for me. I had too many problems with the IRobot.

I have pets that track in small amounts of dirt to my tile floor in my kitchen and living room, and I got this to easily keep it clean. For the first couple months, it worked great, with only minor hiccups in pathing and battery life. However, last night, when I went to go start the unit, I was met with: "Please make sure sure my bumper is moving freely, error #6" Well, there was nothing wrong with the bumper, it was moving freely. I tried cleaning it out with an air sprayer, wiping it down, all sorts of fidgeting, and the bumper was just fine. I power cycled the device several times, and only after the 5th time of power cycling did it finally start up. I did nothing different from the previous 4 power cycles. Looking online shows this is NOT an unusual occurrence.. Nonetheless, it was working again, so I started it up and let it go to work. My kitchen is about 250sq ft, and my living room about 300sq ft. Prior to today, the unit NEVER had problems cleaning all of it, then returning to base. This time, it ran out of battery halfway through the living room. It maybe cleaned 300 total square feet, then just stopped. I know it had a full charge since I had it on its base with the charging light on for 2 full days prior. Frustrated, I put it back on the charger, then the next morning, tried to start it up again, only to be met with error # 6 again. Went out to Sharks website to see what my warranty options are, and found "I" have to pay for shipping their defective product. I am well beyond the return period, and it this garbage is only going to work for 5 months before I have to pay more to have them fix it, shark will not be getting any more of my business again.

Easy to use vacuum. I love the vacuum lines it leaves in the carpet.
