Fantastic vacuum. Not to noisy during operation. Self empty. Lets you know when to empty all compartments. Have a multi pet household and it chugs right on. About a two hour battery life but it parks itself and starts right up. Just follow the instructions and download the app. To register the model and serial is a icon on the bottom of unit.

This Shark robot vacuum was the best purchase I have ever made. I set it to run several times each work while I’m at work. I just love coming home to a freshly cleaned home. It even does double duty as a pet entertainment device. My young cat likes to follow it around the house. I checked it out thoroughly and there are no parts that could harm my pets. I love this vacuum!

It only took a couple of cycles to map my floor plan. It works systematically most of the time. It cleans up pretty well, though there is still stuff in the corners to pick up after. The app is simple and works like you would expect. Overall it’s a good machine for the price.

This vacuum is the best thing that I bought in a few years. I was very skeptical about this robot vacuum for many years. But after working from home and seeing the frequency with which I swept and vacuumed my floors, I thought to give this a try. It is amazing! To the point that we have named it and look forward to its scheduled cleaning weekly.

We named him Bob. He does his job very well! Really enjoy the automatic dust bin emptying.

This is a very nice vacuum cleaner. I am very impressed. I have had a roomba rumba and a very good Samsung in the past and this one is much It's better. The only problem is we have several cats and the bin has to be emptied more often because of the cat hair. Overall I am very pleased with this vacuum and would buy it again. The vacuum is well worth the money.

This was a gift from my husband for Christmas, I’ve wanted one for a long time and boy was it worth the wait! We have 4 dogs, so the hair was always my nemesis but I only have to swifter once a week just to get the corners and small places my robot can’t. We don’t have carpet so please don’t use this review 100% if you have carpet as well.

The robot sometimes has a hard time finding home base

The Shark EZ Robot works very well. I run it 3 times a week using the schedule option on the app. It cleans well, finds it's way around the house just fine and self empties. Very easy to use. It is loud on non-carpet surfaces, but does a great job. Best to be run during the daytime hours.

Bought this to replace a romba , but this model would not map the house. Instructions says to turn on lights for it. It was quiet.

So many fault and the battery don’t last 1 hour the vacuum can’t return to the charge station

I have only had this for a month now but it seems to clean my floors perfectly. I like that it can start cleaning, empty itself and then continue cleaning. It may charge for a little while but it will start back up and finish cleaning when it is ready. I am giving it 5 stars but will review it later once I have had it longer.
