I have not had this a full year and it does not work on my carpet any long!

I started out with the Shark ION that doesn’t empty itself and bounces off things to get around the room. I thought it was the greatest since it picked up allot of cat hair etc…even on the rugs. I then decided to try self empty for my other hse and boy do I love it. It goes in straight lines and when full comes bk and empties and then takes off again until it finally needs to recharge and again goes bk to the base empties and charges. It doesn’t miss a spot it is like someone was controlling it remotely. It’s going right now and been working for 90 mins and hasn’t run out of charge yet.

Bought on Black Friday for a pretty decent price. It does an OK job, but has a narrow track and only a single brush on both rotating edge brushes. Battery doesn't last very long and has to go back to it's dock 2-3 times before finishing a complete job. It does scoop up a lot of hair and dust, which fills the collected within a week or two. The Shark app is OK, but despite using it for over a month, has not created a map of our home.

Pretty good but need assistance on spreading past living room into kitchen and travel long from hardwood to tile and carpet.

Cleans good, but never was able to make a map of my house. Returned this one and bought the shark ai and I love it. Made map on first try.

So much quieter than my old Roomba. Love the self emptying feature. Also love the non- brush roller. I have several Shark products and am always satisfied.

It works fine. Not a super cleaner, gets confused easily and misses spots, but running it a few times gets it done

Great suction power, I like the bagless feature. But the home mapping of this robot is not great. After few days of use, it lost the sense of orientation and I had to remap my home again. I ended up returning this one and bought one better room recognition. I paid more for my new one, but you get what you pay for.

Stopped vacuuming after less than one year. Keeps on bringing error number 2

I wish I had purchased this years ago instead of continually buying high end traditional vacuums. This vacuum does a thorough clean up job and resists getting tangled up in chords. It does get stuck under low profile furniture where it finds it's way into a space but can't remember the way out. The pick-up is terrific for my 3 dog household. It saves me tons of time and I love being able to walk away while it's doing my chores.

This vacuum has made my life so much easier! I hate to vacuum but I usually do it once a week over my entire house. Now I have it preset to vacuum on a weekly basis while I’m at work.

I am very happy with this purchase. The self-emptying feature is great! The mapping feature works great and I love that I can program it to clean certain areas more thoroughly.

I have 3 cats. 2 of them are major shedders! This works extremely well and I don't have to empty it every 10 minutes.

We had an older shark which the automated vacuum works perfect. When emptying the shark it’s a little loud, but when the robot is cleaning slightly louder then previous one.

I bought this Shark EZ Robot Vacuum for our home. We have it running thru our Family Room, Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. It works really well. We have it scheduled every other morning when we leave to work. We leave it running when we're not home because it can be loud. Especially when it docks and empties itself. You can use your phone to program it and whatnot. I would recommend. Helps keep the house clean.

I was apprehensive, but its been great lessens mess between major cleaning. Would like it to be on high all the time, but its done well and the wife likes it as well.

Good vacuum does the job for the price. Need to empty dirt reservoir once a month only. Obviously does not substitute a regular vacuum, but keeps the carpet floor clean.

My wife loves the free time she gets to do other things while the unit vacuums the house. The self emptying feature is great. Very quiet, don't realize it is running.

Love it great. Does everything everything I needed to do and the best thing about it was getting it from Best Buy quick and easy Best Buy's always been good to me

This one awsome vacum. It goes around chairs. it cleans great. Knows when to emtpy the bin at the docking station. You cn program it to come on and off when u want.
