    Works great. Cleans well. Not as powerful as many handheld vacuums, but great for a robot. My dogs are kind of scared of it haha

    purchased this as a Black Friday item. I have had a different brand and never knew what I was missing until I purchased the Shark. It picks up dog hair so much better! I runs until the dust bin is full, then goes back to empty and re-charge. It will continue to do this 3-4 times a day until the program has fully ran. Before I could always see dog hair or dust especially in the sunlight. With the Shark all that is gone. I empty the dust bin about every 2 weeks. I love this robot vacuum!

    I got to say I have a normal shark vacuum, I thought did an excellent job man was I wrong!!! This little guy is freaking awesome.

    Pretty nice vacuum. Easy to setup and get going. Cleans up our two dogs fur pretty good. It’s my third brand and the one I like the most.

    I bought this lasst christmas but didn't get it put together until much, much later. I worked once and it quit working. So buy staff were jerks about this and I went from one person to another until I found a nice person who actually help me and gave me Shark number and Shark sent me a brand new one without any questions.

    I read enough prior to purchase that I thought as long as there was internet available for the app to connect to the vacuum, that I'd be able to control robot usage. But we don't have a household wifi, so I was very wrong. There is no other way to use the robot and app. I settled on just letting it run by manually hitting the clean and dock buttons.
