However now that I want to replace the wheels and its parts, it’s nowhere to be found. Before it stopped working, the robot stopped properly having suction, it would constantly get stuck on it would constantly have to be resumed because of all the stopping. I would not recommend this shark robot. I don’t even know where to get support for parts even within the app which should have all my model info.

SUCKS

It works but EVERY SINGLE DAY there is some kind of error that you have to fix. It gets old quick. It wont start cleaning again until the error is fixed so foget about leaving for work and coming home to a swept house. It gets stuck somewhere constantly, dust bin wont stay inserted, or 'falls off of some unknown cliff' in our house (per notifications). Im disappointed because I was really excited to have a little cleaning help. If you cant handle dust in your bin... you have no business being a sweeper.

Man im glad we did because this things is AWESOME. Its first run it mapped my 1700sqft house and vacuumed perfectly. We have pets as well and it did great. It was so crazy seeing it learn new areas and how smart this technology is.

We was really surprised how much it picked up. It is a tad load. But we schedule it to run while we ar at work. So it really doesn't bother us. If you have any step down in your house make sure to block it off our it will fall. We bounce ours during a cyber sale so only paid $299 well worththe money spent
