Handy little helper around the house - almost forget it’s there! Works well on wood floors then over a rug and back to the floor. Finds a way to get the whole place. It even avoids stairs that go down!

Good product. A little loud and battery die at times while working. But majority of the time works wonderful.

So far so good i bought this for my mom beacuse of the hardwood floor there is ways dust bunny. This makes it easy to keep floors cleaner longer in-between deep cleaning.

Best purchase I’ve ever made. If you have pets you would love this! It amazing how much dirt this little thing picks up. Also, it keeps down on the dust in your house. I run mine everyday, all set up in the app!

I have really enjoyed this vacuum. It works great and gets up a lot of dog hair and just overall dirt that is tracked in. I try to run it every night and when I am not in town I can run in from my phone app.

Best gift my wife said she got. She loves that she can control it from her phone, set up to run automatically everyday, and it actually maps out the house. She likes it better than any other one we have had.

Not a good product at all returned twice and first was defective and second was just terrible

Love the vacuum.I have it set to run every other day, it start on its own at the right time . I had no issues with the appt it’s so easy. It picks up a lot of dog hair and cleans well. so far it worth the money.

Super easy to use! I’m a teacher and makeup artist so being able to keep my place clean with the press of a button saves me time and energy to manage my busy life!

Great robot vacuum. I brought it for my son and his fiancé for Christmas and they love i. They said it picks up the pet hair and dirt really good. They didn’t realize how much pet hair was on the floor.

I was vacuuming every other day when I purchased this and I’m amazed at how much dirt and pet hair still gets picked up with this robot. I have hard floors and rugs. Not sure how it works with carpet.

We absolutely love this vacuum, it does a really nice job. The only issue I’m having is that it’s running twice a day but it’s only program to run once.

We have a large dog that sheds terribly but the vacuum keeps the areas clean without the family walking around with hair stuck to our socks, feet or shoes!

It is amazing wife loves it feels like she can walk on her floors barefoot or with sock. We have hardwood floors and it picks up everything even the pet hair.

Perfect for setting and forgetting. Very convenient and able to do the job. You can put the vacuum in multiple rooms as well so it can reach your entire house.

Shark is a great product cleans very well but needs mapping for large home

So far so good! We have three dogs and a brand new floor and this vacuum has kept everything looking fantastic! And I don’t have to empty it every day like… some other robot vacuums. Haha.

With two hours of clean time on average, this robot does a good job. The machine and the app are easy to set up. The sound is typical for a vacuum, even in maximum mode. Communication from vac to App was clean without lag. You do need Wifi to set the unit up. The Sensors that the system uses are a little low-tech. I have used other vacuums that have IR and sonic sonar-like sensors. This unit does it mostly by visual light, I assume since in the instructions they want you to turn on the lights for it. and it uses the big touch plate. Now don't get me wrong after the first time I didn't really adjust the lighting and I usually run this in the afternoon. The bumper is a little aggressive if you are trying to put up barriers. Sometimes it will move a door if it is using door bumpers. There are bot boundary strips available from the manufacturer. The machine does a decent job of picking up dirt and long hair doesn't get clogged in the brushes. One thing that I found to be a big improvement over other bot vacs is that it doesn’t have a problem with throw rugs. Some bots get hung up on throw rugs this one does not. The self-dumping works well and the unit can do this in the middle of cleaning then get back to work. The base is easy to remove and clean the bin and it has a mat if the dock is going to be on the carpet. It does well on hard and carpeted floors. There is no mop attachment available. The bot did get lost the first two times it ran and couldn't find the base to recharge. It has to clean the house 10 times to set up a map in order to be able to use zones and mark out no vac areas. So I am guessing this is just a learning process. All in all a decent little robot vac, even with the low-tech sensor system it does the job; it just takes a while to train.

Still have not been able to connect to my phone, but it cleans well and navigates the house well.

Took a while to figure out our house, but it gets a lot of the little crumbs and what not that our kids leave behind. Bought it on sale for around $300, originally priced at $550.
