Very happy with it this far! Hasn't gotten stuck on any objects thus far and we seem to have many. Seems to navigate the main 900 sqft rectangular Florida Room room well. Yes there is a couch and dining room table w/chairs in the room, My dogs aren't running away or biting at it, cats are a different story and get in the way. Must say the cats are intrigued. I Got this vacuum because I have pets, plenty of dust bunnies and pet hair even after a regular vacuum daily. I thought this device would help with the dust bunnies,so far after a couple weeks I see this being a great help to keep things tidy. Suction could be better but I just remind myself it is a small unit and hopefully will allow me to vacuum weekly rather than daily.. I Don't expect it to vacuum like my normal routine however it is and has reduced my efforts tremendously. It's a cleaning tool and was intended to supplement my own daily/weekly routines plus is a lot quieter than I was expecting. So far nothing complicated, negative or surprising to report.

Has worked well for three years. Loved having it to keep up with the extra things around my house. I plan to always have one in my home. Hope you do also. Best Buy was a great place to get this item and pick up next day. Love it.

The vacuum came well packaged and intact, besides the shark and base, there was also a user manual. There were no boundary strips that are referenced throughout the manual, however the app says i can set boundaries through it...I haven't tried yet. Setup was pretty straightforward, which consisted in downloading the app and connecting the sharp to Wi-Fi. There's a female voice that instructs and steps you to get things going. After charging to 100%, I pressed the clean button in the app. When I tell you watching this thing was as funny as watching a newborn puppy trying out it's first clumsy steps around your home. It was funny for about the first couple of minutes, watching time after time bumping against walls and furniture. It got really confused in triangular areas, think office chair legs. Although to be fair of course it will take multiple uses to learn the terrain. I have a few things going in my home; hardwood floors, area rugs and a black cocker spaniel. In order, the hardwood floors are vacuumed up nicely, including the continuously shedding hair. The area rugs however are completely different, the dog hair is mostly left behind as well as some particles like a small blade of grass the dog brought in on his paw. The Shark does go between uneven levels with ease, it even climbed up on my glass scales with no problem. It is verytime consuming, making sure it doesn't get tangled in cords that can't be moved or moving the dogs toys or shoes in the way, its a learning curve for me too. All things considered, I woul rather pull out the hand held vacuum or broom and dust pan, to guickly do what needs to be done. Maybe I will set it up to do the living dining room once a week or so, but this isn't something I will use as a go to cleaning method.

I currently own a Neato botvac and have enjoyed using it for the past year but was really excited to get my hands on the Shark because of the self cleaning feature. The Shark does a great job cleaning the floor and working methodically through each room so that it covers the whole first floor of my home. Some people think it is a little noisy but I didn't think so, in fact it is pretty comparible to my neato, you can carry on a conversation with another person in the same room with no issues. I have been comparing the 2 and would likely lean towards the Shark because it seems to get stuck a bit less and is more methodical in its patterns than the Neato. I am very satisfied and would reccommend!

It worked well initially. Now on occasion it quits in the middle of the room due to a dead battery. It seems to empty its self as needed. I'm hoping the battery life isnt near exhausted. I've only had it a few months.

If you find yourself insanely busy (who doesn't) you will love having a robot vacuum. You of course will still need to clean once in a while but this guy helps out tremendously. This shark robot will vacuum while you're at work, giving you a little piece of mind. If you have pets, it's great to not come home to messes! Once you get it charged up, press clean and it will map out your room or rooms. I really like the back and forth path this robot uses. My old roomba bumped around randomly and missed spots all the time. This guy is much more thorough. It will vacuum until it's full(about 1/2 hour and then back up to the base station and empty itself! That was another complaint about the roomba, it filled too quickly. Then it will clean where it left off. One charge is more than enough to vacuum my main level of about 800 square feet. Be careful around stairs til it learns. Mine almost took a spill the first time. (supposed to have cliff sensors to avoid that) The app is nice to be able to set schedules and check the battery level. Your can have alexa even ask it to clean! This shark robot is a great addition to your cleaning arsenal!

The shark EZ Robot Vacuum does and amazing job. I dont have to worry about it getting full too quick, because the homebase clears ot our for me and when the homebase is full i just empty it out. Manytimes it doesnt fill up but i still empty once a week at least. No issues at all easy set up.

My home has both carpeted and hardwood flooring areas. I vacuum regularly to keep the dust down etc. This unit finds dust, dirt, animal hair, etc. my upright doesn't catch. And it requires little to no attention. EASY wireless setup! My previous unit's wireless configuration [from another maker was designed] didn't make it past the design stage as it was a struggle to configure it correctly. Also, my older robot room cleaner could not negotiate rugs with black borders. Stopped it cold. Not the Shark system, it takes on any surface in my home easily, no having to pick it up and reposition it. I appreciate the self-cleaning feature although it fills much faster than advertised requiring emptying of the base station dust bin frequently. A minor point though. Minor point but my older room cleaner robot followed the most random cleaning logic and seemingly covered the same areas more than necessary. The Shark unit is methodical and quite thorough. I will say I continue to be impressed by Shark/Ninja products, they are good value for the money and built to last. Buy with confidence.

Have had a roomba and 360 vacuum in the past and this Shark is 10x better than those. Picks up the smallest hairs and dust that others seem to miss. Dumps itself and we only empty out the dust pan once a week.

Works well on our LVP floor. Great transition between floor and area rug. Overall very pleased! Only negative sometimes it doesn’t dock before the battery runs out.

Love it, super quiet while working and best of all it cleans itself out. The base sucks it all out the back and all you do is empty a canister. Super easy to connect with the app. I think i am in love.

I don’t know why I waited so long to buy this. I have a dog that sheds SO much & I was over having to sweep multiple times a day. This vacuum picks everything up! Other reviews said it was loud, I don’t find it to be loud at all, except maybe when it goes back to the dock to empty. It only goes on my downstairs and it spends about 90 minutes cleaning, goes back and forth randomly. But it cleans so I’m here for it

I received this as a gift Christmas 2022 it worked OK the first year and then it started forgetting where to clean sit and go around in circles, stopped showing maps and getting updates, I called shark for help which was useless they promised to send an update to fix problem which was useless. When they decide to discontinue the product they stop updating it and then it no longer works right even though it is running great. Do not buy a Shark Robo Vac of any kind because they leave u without a working machine. Very disappointed and heartbroken. I am elderly and this was suppose to improve my life, what a JOKE!!!!!!!!!
