Yes you can name your vaccumm bot. We name him Zuckery. He has been a hige help with my busy one-parent life. He does a great jib and smart! I recommend it!

I like my Shark Robot. I have a small short haired chihuahua, he sheds everywhere. I love having this vacuum the house when Im not home or in the wee hours of the night. My home is one level and i shut my bedroom door when i sleep. It does pick up really well, i empty the canister every weekend. I like using the regular vacuum on the carpet. . Ihave hardwood floors and it cleens them really well. I do use my vacuum on the harrdwoods once a month.

I previously wrote a review on this robot and gave it 5 stars. Now that I've had it three months, I'm taking away 2 stars. Despite what it says in the app and some of the documentation, this robot does not have the ability to generate maps that allow you to customize how and where it cleans. You will never be able to label rooms and schedule it to do specific areas. You also cannot create "No-Go" zones. It says in the software that it will generate a map after about 10 full cleanings. Unfortunately after 3 cleanings a week for 3 months I still have no map. After spending 2 hours on the phone with tech support, they told me that it does not have the ability to map and learn your home. It can only clean the whole house and generate a map of where it cleaned, after each cleaning. That really takes away a lot of it's usefulness.

Do not, DO NOT get this model. It is useless and frustrating to use. You are unable to map your home. Unable to clean certain areas. I've ran it 6 times since unboxing and it has vacuumed the same area. I picked it up and placed it in the area that is to be cleaned. It came back and cleaned the same area. Placed it in the dinningroom, it vacuumed one row and went to the same spot it has bern vacuuming. If I could return it, I would have!!! Garbage!

I love my Robot Vacuum, cleaning is made easier with this little robot by my side. I love the self emptying feature and how I can connect the robot to my phone to pick where to clean .

I was really excited about getting a robot vacuum and based on the reviews I chose this specific model. It worked really well at first. This past week I’ve come home to it stuck in random parts of the house after having it for two months. I have it set to vacuum while at work but home home to a half finished floor because it gets stuck. Not sure how to resolve this.

Initially kept stopping and kept getting errors. Changed it to another and so far so good. Works on carpet and hardwood.

I was very hesitant to get a robo vacuum. But this has changed my mind. Once it figured out the layout of the house, it was precise and thorough. Even goes under dressers and couches - the hard places to get. The only minor drawback- having to clean out the dog hair from my 2 dogs. Also make sure things are off the floor; it pulled a phone charging cable in it. Very happy with this Christmas gift.

Works magnificently! Easy to set up. Saves me time and energy vs. an upright vacuum.
