Love it! Works really well compared to the other 2 robovac ms we owned previously! Love that I don’t have to keep emptying a small dustbin every time I use. It does a more thorough job. The only thing I do wish is that it came with a remote for when I just want to do touch ups. But considering how well it works I can overlook that. It’s also much quieter than others. The voice feature is awesome! My husband has never been interested in any of the numerous vacuums we’ve had, but he actually uses this one & also loves it which speaks volumes lol! I have no complaints! I’ve had quite a few Shark upright vacs, handheld vacs & I’ve loved them all. Shark has been my go to choice for many years & I will continue to buy & purchase!

Excellent product with a great app experience to tie it all together. Only qualm I have is when changing Wi-Fi’s you have to delete the robot and the app in order to set up a new wifi. Otherwise perfect at its job. Would buy again.

Best purchase I ever made. Have a black lab that sheds a lot and this vacuum literally gets all his hair!

It works great. One thing that worried me was it falling from the stairs but it doesnt. It knows!!! I recommend.

I bought this vacuum because my Roomba I owned would not vacuum my new living room rug. The recognition feature thought the black in my rug was a cliff so it would shut down. This Shark was on sale and I do love love love the self emptying feature but the suction is nothing g like the Roomba. Would go for Roomba over Shark. Pic of my rug.

Love it at first. When there is a space need to clean the most it usually skip and jump to the cleaner area. It happens many times.

Still trying to figure out how the mapping works, but otherwise a good product.

It’s great as a little helper, but I have 3 German Shepherds and it struggles with the hair quite often. It gets wrapped around the roller so quick I have to take it apart and clean it almost daily. Other than that the floors have never been cleaner! I kinda wish the dust bin on the base was as big as my last one, but you get what ya pay for I suppose.

Great and affordable vacuum with dust bin. I have used iRobot mainly so this was a gamble to know if it could compete, and it did. Maintenance is easy.

This thing never worked properly, never mapped the house like it was supposed to, so it skipped over entire rooms, and just vacuumed at random. A little over a year of using it, I keep getting an error about the wheel. Well, convienent they mysteriously don’t offer a replacement for this one part so I have to buy an entire new vacuum. So don’t waste your money, $400 down the drain. I am disgusted with Shark right now.

This product worked very well for a few weeks. But now gets Error Code 2 (obstruction) immediately upon turning on. The vacuum is clean, moving brushes rotate normally. I’ve read many reviews saying this is normal with no good solution. I spend way too much money for this product to be a large paper weight.

Good robot vacuum, the app works well. Cleans and hasn’t had any issues yet.

Love my new Shark EZ Robot Vacuum. It works really great and I love the feature of self empty base it’s really easy to empty and clean it. I do recommend it.

Blown away by how efficient this is. Our house has too much floor space to be able to keep it maintained on the daily and this vaccum/roomba is a life saver. Too much good to say about it but found it a great Black Friday steal, and yes it helps ALOT with my pets fur :)

He works good for us. I have 2 large dogs & it seems to be working just great
