So far so good. I like that it does its work. And the pets don't seem to mind it.

I like that it is so easy to control with my phone. Set was simple. Does a very good job of picking up the dog hair on the carpet.

Great vacuum, it maps out your entire house,stays on course,doesn't just wander around like the cheaper ones. It returns to dock with ease to empty cannister, and recharge as needed. Remember that it charts your floor ,so anything you move confuses it

I was really leery about buying another robot vacuum after going through three different neato brand ones and having them quit working within a month to 6 months. I have a German Shepherd and I swear it was like a little robot walk out. Refusing to work anymore lol. But I picked this one up the other day during a Black Friday sale and while I can't speak for its long-term, I can say that this thing does a great job of picking up dog hair, sand, dirt and other items in between big vacuuming. Big vacuuming. I also like the fact that it auto dumps itself so there's less likeliness that his dog hair will completely clog up the vacuum because I have it set to to return after 30 minutes and auto dump while cleaning. The reservoir is easy to remove once you figure out that you push on the top and slide it back, but that was user error so I won't fault that on the device. Device. It's also easy to dump and unlike my Dyson or shark vacuums I don't have to mess with pulling his dog hair out of the container. I hope to get the longevity out of this one that I was unable to get from the Neato Vacuums. I don't know if it's possible to come back and update my review but if so I will try to remember to do so later on down the road but I wanted to give first impressions and initial feedback for anybody. Looking at buying this one that has a German Shepherd or other long hair dog that's sheds twice a year for 6 months at a time. ;)

Caught this robot vacuum on sale and so glad I bought it. Easy to set up and use and it went right to work. It leaves a nice fresh design on the carpet when it is clean. 

Love it. I just put it on clean and Let It Go. It is quiet I love the way the vacuum sucks out all the debris when it docks. Definitely a must have glad I got it

If you have dogs, I 100% recommend getting the self emptying one! Great vacuum. It picks up everything and it’s not as loud as people are complaining about.

Great at cleaning our kitchen, dining, laundry, and living room spaces. We run it every night, set it up on the app for extended clean with emptying in between and it runs for about 3 hours. It navigates well across our whole space, goes over rugs and under cabinets without getting stuck, and keeps our floors clean. It doesn’t have the map function in the app (which I think it should given the price point), so if that’s important to you then go for the upgraded model. But if you’re looking for something that cleans reliably on a schedule, then this works perfectly! Great value if you can get it on sale.

Easy setup, works well and cleans thoroughly for a house with 3 large dogs.

This is a neat little robovac, I’ve named mine Jarvis! Jarvis comes alive every 11 pm after dinner rituals are done, I just need to toss the children’s toys to the sofa, and invert the dining chairs over the table to give it room. This vacuum does surprisingly good cleaning, I took away a star because it misses certain spots of the house even after being in use for months. The bin hasn’t yet filled out for me yet.

Love it. It's easy to operate. Picks up great. Use several times a week. Big help for a working family with a dog.

I bought this for my mother and she LOVES it! She feels like it is quiet, effective at cleaning the whole floor and great at emptying itself after the cleanings.

We run it 4 days a week. It does a great job on dust and dog hair. We have hardwood floors with lots of rugs. It does great on both.

The best vacuum for the price and has a self-emptying bin. This vacuum is good except the fact that it does not have mapping.

Man this little machine works some magic. I have kids and pets my floors are always getting dirty so this little guys works around the clock. I love this unit so much i bought 2. The only thing is you have to make 100% sure there is nothing on the floor such as a shoe lace hanging from a shoe or it will cause an error just like with a normal vacuum. Other than that please buy it.

With 2 dogs and 2 cats this is a must have for me. I love that it empties itself while in use or when it’s finished as well. It’s battery runs for a long time compared to other robot vacuums I’ve seen. It does have a hard time following a pattern, it’s more random in its method, but it saves me from having to vacuum daily. Don’t forget to clean all the filters at least every couple weeks to once a month :)

Works well. Phone app shows when and where it cleaned. But your only controls are start cleaning and stop/return to dock. You cannot tell it to clean a particular spot or area. Works well for what it does. We pick up some shag rugs and wires and move chairs before we run it. Our bathroom has a 1/2 inch step that is too slippery for it to climb over.

Not a bad robot vacuum but, the box and stickers on the machine are misleading saying it maps out the house theough the app. Unfortunately it doesnt. This is not bestbuy’s fault. I was expecting more from the product. Mine had an issue with the wifi staying connected and BestBuy was happy to replace it, but I went with the model that does the mapping instead.
