The Shark Navigator sucks, and that's the whole point. Pluses include solid construction but light weight, motorized agitator brush that user can turn off for hard floors, plenty of suction power, and reasonable price. Only negative is it could be a little easier to empty, but that's reaching. It's pretty easy.

I checked online, checked consumer reports, checked other stores. Best Buy had the best selection and best prices. Both brands are reliable and for this price were a great purchase. So far they both are easy to use, lighter than my old vacuum, do a very thorough job and the attachments work well.

The Shark Navigator bagless upright is very lightweight, has good suction, and can be used on carpet and bare floors.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a vacuum cleaner under $150.00. The machine never loses suction and is very easy to use. Also, machine is light and easily transportable upstairs or downstairs. Overall, a great machine to have in the house!

Needed a new vacuum couldnt make up my mind on which one to get. My church has two shark vacuum cleaners and they both do a good job of cleaning the floors. So I decided to get a shark and I am very glad I did. It does a wonderful job cleaning the whole house. It is easy too use and light weight. I have three dogs and it does a good job of cleaning up the hair they shed.

This vaccumm is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The suction is great.

I bought this vacuum on sale to replace a 25 year old vacuum. The first pass with this one picked up so much dirt! This vacuum is light and powerful. It does not swivel, but that was not a deal breaker for me. I got this one on sale, and I have not found another vacuum that can beat this one for the price.

I've had really bad luck with vacuums. I've been through several in the last few years because they all had lousy suction and didn't get my carpets clean. I have high hopes for this one. I've owned it for a couple of months now, and so far it is still working great. It sucks the dirt right out of my carpet and it doesn't seem to be losing any suction. I checked the reviews before buying it and they were all excellent. So far it is working exactly as promised.

I like the light weight and flexibility of the shark. For being a small vacuum it has a strong suction.

I got this vacuum cleaner on the Black Friday deal so it was a sweet deal for me. I have used it several times since then and it has not disappointed. My main concern was that it would be an inferior product due to the price but not so. The best part is that it is great for bare floor as well as the carpet. I don't have to use the broom as this is perfect for the floor. So in all, I would say for the price, this is a steal.

This is a powerful vacuum, easy to use. It is not very heavy and works fine on hard floor as well.

Little disappointed in suction power, everyone in reviews said how powerful it was - not like I imagined. I have tile wall to wall in my house, sand gets in grout lines around doorway and it will not pull out the sand without turning on the brush on the head of the vacuum. My old vacuum that I wore out the plastic wheels on and had to replace never had that problem. Neither did the cannister vac I been dragging around in the interim till I got this replacement for my other upright. However it does ok on rest of the house if you go slow and take your time. Move too fast and doesn't pick up everything. People fuss about the exhaust being too low and blowing stuff away before you get to it to vacuum up is true if you hold it too much in the upright position, but if you hold the handle low in your hand the exhaust blows more upward and not in front of where your cleaning. Best of all it is pretty quiet, not near as loud as my older machines. It's also easy to clean and dump the dirt picked up. Divided as to recommend or not, if it had better suction this would be a no brainier. But I think not due to lower than expected vacuum power.
