Good vacuum but ok for laminate floors

Very hard to control and my wife hurt her back,and you guys don’t allow me exchange because I passed few days of 15 days exchange policy! Very disappointed! That’s the last time I purchased anything from Best Buy!

It does not stand on its own you have to lean it against something to keep it from falling. Poor purchase do not purchase.

$100 vac at best

We bought this one because is it more compact. Well, we got much less than what we paid for. The pro model is 160.00 and this was much more. After using it for 10 min we boxed it back up and called them. They offered us 20% off right off to keep it. So we sent it back and lost $30 shipping. Definitely not worth the money!! Buy a shark pro instead it comes with the dustaway.
