We needed a smaller microwave to fit in our pantry, and this guy did the trick. My only gripe would be that there is no melt/soften mode, etc like you see on higher end brands/models. For that I give it a 4/5

Heads up on cleaning outside of appliance, which is stainless steel. No need to use any type of stainless steel or other cleaner on outside. I only use a clean using a microfiber cloth with warm water. Make sure cloth is rung out. Wipe side to side even wipes. Allow to dry on it own. I do this for my fridge, microwave, stove and all stainless steel items. Get your microfiber cloth from $Tree.

It is the same brand, size and basic operation as the old one. It is much quieter than the old one and I love the stainless steel. The old one was white which fit in fine then but now the stainless steel works best in my kitchen. Staff at Best Buy was very helpful in confirming that this model is nearly the same wattage as my old model which didn't state the watts on the back. I recommend this model and brand for anyone needing a new countertop unit.

I was looking for a smaller sized unit to replace my old one. This looks nice on the counter and works well. My only complaint is the door is hung crooked, or was bent down. Aside from that, it works well.
