I bought it few days back.When I called Sony support, they say now Web browser included with this product. Also, the Opera TV store is too slow. I will not recommend this to anyone. Gaurav

Problems From the Start

Installed just inside the 15 day return limit - my mistake. Four days later, the TV is unresponsive. Do a Live Chat & they recommend a Quick Power rest. Told me this will never happen again. Three days later, volume control doesn't work. Turn TV off & back on. Now there's no volume and no picture. Do a Quick Power reset. Next day, TV is again unresponsive. Do another Quick Power reset and it works. I strongly suggest that Sony put the power plug at the front of the TV to make these resets easier. Very difficult to find someone to talk with at Sony.

Two defective TVs in one week
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first one of these sets was delivered and installed by a Geek Squad agent on November 2, 2016. On November 7, 2016, after experiencing picture breakup on several occasions and difficulty in loading Netflix and having been forced to reboot the TV several times to get it to respond to its remote, I took the set back to the store and exchanged it for an identical new set. Back home after carefully unpacking the new TV it was discovered that the screws for mounting the bracket to the bottom of the set had been omitted from the box. I am informed by Geek Squad that I will now have to take the SECOND set back to Best Buy and exchange it for a THIRD set if I still want the thing. Based upon this experience with Best Buy and this particular model of Sony television I cannot recommend it at all. Sign me extremely dissatisfied.

Bought an hour ago; Sony recommends I return it

Get this: the Sony tech support rep tells me to take out one battery and then double click every button on the remote. Now THAT'S some new Sony features eh? Additionally, TV could not connect seamlessly to our wifi. Every other Sony TV i've purchased does so without a hitch.

Great for a 15 months

After a year the sound started going out and then it started randomly turning off/resetting. Took it into the store and it wouldn't even turn on. If you do buy it be sure to get a protection plan - but be aware that it takes 6-8 weeks for them to repair it.

When people are moving, smiling, making facial expressions, blinking, and talking you can see the "movement lines" I guess of the TV refreshing itself. I would not recommend this TV to my worse enemy. I bought this TV for my darling mother she doesn't see the problem, but I do. The Best Sony TV (which I have is the Sony Bravia 40W600B. Sony need to restock this TV back into the stores so people can purchase it. I tried to find the KDL40W600B, and no store has them. Now I have to go though the hassle of returning my mom's TV in hopes when I buy another Sony TV this will not be an issue.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being a Sony, I'd expect better. Product resets every time we use it. Date changes to 1/1/16. It freezes and won't shut off. It loses the Wi-Fe connection. Has to be reset up from scratch each time we turn it on. We've had it less than 2 weeks. No other models to switch it out within 250 miles. So now we will be without the television until it is repaired. Although the extended warranty says they will come to our location, apparently Best Buy charges $100 to do this. The TV must be taken back into Best Buy. Thinking: just get ALL my money back and move on.

Horrible software
