The bezels on two of these tvs I purchased were awful Andy he tv suffered from light bleed on the corners. While the picture and speakers are good, this years 85k is just the 85J with the same remote. I suggest you look at the highest end Sony models or look at LG or Samsung for a better experience.

Thank you for your review. We are really sorry if our X85K did not live up to your expectations. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have on our premium TV. We truly appreciate your feedback with the bezels and bundled remote control of this TV. The X85K comes with a different design of remote control (RMF-TX800U) than the X85J (RMFTX520). It is designed with a flush surface featuring lower buttons, special polyurethane coating, and is easy to wipe and keep clean. For your picture issue, some of these problems can be fixed by following the steps on this article:

You may also try adjusting various settings related to the TV display such as Brightness, Color, Hue, etc. according to your preferences as this may help improve your overall viewing experience.

Sony is poor quality and BB is no help

We are seniors but can see the white line! It is wall mounted and never has any movement to cause damage. The TV also has issues turning on. I click it to come on and it doesn't. We have to unplug it to reset it and hope it will turn on then. My husband wanted to purchase another brand but I wanted Sony because I thought it was better quality. I WAS WRONG. When I called Best Buy, they told me Sony has a 1 year warranty so that is passed and they could not help me unless I paid $124 plus repair parts. Didn't TVs use to last 10+ years? ****Highly disappointing**** Lesson for me....purchase somewhere else and don't buy Sony.
