Sony TV is so-so

Sound is very slow to catch up when the TV is turned on, but after a minute or so it’s fine. It also gets confused when I attach a DVD player. Perhaps it’s a HDMI port problem?

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the TV it up-to-date. It is also recommended to use a Premium High Speed HDMI cable. Sony is poor quality and BB is no help

We are seniors but can see the white line! It is wall mounted and never has any movement to cause damage. The TV also has issues turning on. I click it to come on and it doesn't. We have to unplug it to reset it and hope it will turn on then. My husband wanted to purchase another brand but I wanted Sony because I thought it was better quality. I WAS WRONG. When I called Best Buy, they told me Sony has a 1 year warranty so that is passed and they could not help me unless I paid $124 plus repair parts. Didn't TVs use to last 10+ years? ****Highly disappointing**** Lesson for me....purchase somewhere else and don't buy Sony.

Despite the problem, we are glad that you satisfied with the amazing picture quality of this TV.
