While we are thrilled to know that your KD43X85K came in good condition, we are really sorry if package doesn't have its power cord. That is definitely not the news that we would like to hear. It is Sony's policy for the dealer where you purchased your unit from to supply any missing items. Please make sure you did not purchase it as an open box. Open boxes may have missing items and are not replaceable for free. If you did not purchase the unit as an open box, please contact your dealer/Best Buy for the missing accesory.
