      Thank you for purchasing our 43" X85K. We're sorry if you find the bass too much when watching TV programs and commercials. As a suggestion, in the settings menu under sound settings you will find “Advanced auto Volume” which helps keep the volume level constant for all programs and inputs. There is also an option to adjust the Sound mode effect as well as Sound customization to adjust the sound quality for each sound mode in models with Sound mode. that can be found under [Settings] — [Display & Sound].

    You can tell there is a difference in quality of the picture between different 4K TVs. The movie quality is excellent. It's just better than other 4K TVs.

    i have had several replacemnts of this tv and the line vertical flickering right under the top right hand side of the bezel of this tv persists also there is a static dischard coming from the bottom of the metal bezel at the bottom of tv flickering also when in game mode when enhanced contrast is on all firmware is uptodate and i am at a loss fight lines some times when vrr is enasbled in game mode on the xbox series x 120 hz or 60 hz both produce the same outcome and i hve had several replacements of this and the x85k BEAUTIFUL TVS WITH MY ISSUES any suggs would help

This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have with our premium TV. For your flickering issue, if the Enhanced format (VRR) feature is enabled, some slight brightness fluctuations (flicker) may occur on the TV screen depending on the frequency of the content output from the connected video game console. If you haven't yet, let's try to isolate the problem by following the troubleshooting on this link:

    Out of the box the Left button in the d-pad of the remote didn't work. Spent over 1.5 hours on chat with customer support doing the most ridiculous troubleshooting steps before they were convinced the button actually didn't work. I understand that things are defective on occasion and I wasn't even mad that the remote was broken. But the amount of time and effort it took on my part to prove that it wasn't working was just unacceptable and I will never buy another Sony product again - because of how bad Customer Support is.
