    I am not sure if it’s a normal thing. But, for some reason while navigating through the UI it lags/stutters. I also was just having issues with opening the app “Max”. I loaded it up a couple times, and clicked the show I am currently watching, and it was frozen on the “Choose who’s watching”. IF this is a normal thing, it is ABSURD to pay nearly $700 for a TV like this

    Great TV, excellent picture and responsiveness. Minus one star for loose fitting back plate. Minus another for using Google UI instead of Sony. It uses data constantly and favors broadband.

    this was a bad buy in my opinion. the tv glitches constantly. I have top restart it every other day. disconnects from my soundbar, freezes. i had to disable all internet connections to the tv and just use a stream stick. the only thing i liked about it was the seamless integration with the playstation but even so i would not buy it just for that.

If your priority is viewing angle, you may want to check out our X93L model with X-wide viewing technology or the OLED models A80L and A95L which provide very good off axis viewing.

    Tv is great, I accidentally damaged it 2 inches or so on the top edge of the screen. Bought a 2 year warranty and they told me it could not be fixed. I bought the same tv because it’s a good budget tv for ps5 but I think Best Buy is a rip off if they don’t cover anything especially within 3 weeks of damage. Do not buy the warranty it won’t cover anything. Good Sony tv, but service is trash. Honestly Amazon will be my only gateway now. Best Buy won’t survive much longer. Bye bye

    Really great Sony Bravia TV. I have two larger Bravias that were bought several years ago and the quality is the same. Lots of nice smart TV features.

    I had an issue with the warranty. Customer service could not help me. I sent a certified letter to the CEO. I did not get a response. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.

    Picture quality is not nearly as good as the 55 inch 90k television especially if you aren't directly viewing it directly from the front. Terrible picture if looking at an angle. Sound quality needs improvement.

    bought tv for bedroom overall tv is good does what you need it too do a liitle pricy because it is a sony but i do find the sony brand to be reliable and usually last a long time

To do that, you can unplug the TV and re-plug if back in after 2 minutes, or hold the power button down for seven to ten seconds until the TV restarts.

    Worse purchase I’ve ever made, tv did not come with anything nothing was not able to turn it or use it until I bought accessories which ended up costing more than what a brand new tv would have cost
