Don’t waste your money if you’re using this for PC

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you’re buying this tv to do 4K at 120Hz on your pc, don’t bother, save ourself the trouble, this tv like some others have the issue where when you enable 120Hz, it stretches the pixels vertically and makes the image look like crap. It’s a horrendous experience. I returned mine immediately.

It is unfortunate to hear that your KD-43X85K had to be returned due to the picture issue that you had encountered when playing 4K at 120Hz. This is definitely not the experience we would like you to have. Some of these issues can be fixed by making sure that the PC is connected to the correct HDMI port. To get 4K/120 it must be in port 3 or 4 of the TV. Then enabled the HDMI 3 or 4 to Enhanced and also on the PC display settings, you need to use a customer PC resolution and then pick the desired Hz. Additionally, a Premium High Speed HDMI™ Cable(s) is fine for general purposes, but if you will connect a device that supports 4K 120Hz, you will need to use an Ultra High Speed HDMI™ Cable.

I returned next day because it was so bad compared to my lg c2 and sony oled . Do not buy unless u do not care for good picture quality

It comes up with this sign in 745, so I put it in and it keeps coming up. If I hadn’t spent so much I’d drop it off a tall bldg.

For this, if you are on the initial setup, You have the option to skip the Google sign-in on the initial setup of the TV. You can still enjoy some functions on your Android TV™️ device without a Google™️ account. However, we recommend contacting Google Play services assistance or using the forgot password option to reset your password instead.
If you are experiencing issues with password on streaming applications, we recommend contacting the customer support of the streaming service for further assistance.

For advertisement/ads, there are certain applications like YouTube and others that will run ads depending on your viewing habits. This is not a feature you can turn off when it comes to those applications. During the initial setup process of the tv, you can opt-out of certain features and that is up to the user to decide what is best for their experience.

Thank you for the review and we do apologize for the native inconvenience. The TV supports native 120hz refresh rate panel. The picture quality will depend on the source that you're playing. If the source does not support 120hz, the TV will not output 120hz. The 120hz refresh rate is usually used for gaming.
