The fix is to Russian restart. Unplug for 1 minute and hold the restart button for 30 sec. Plug back in and restart usually fixes it. Latest SW update did not fix this.

Not so smart tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Google smart tv platform does not support Spectrum or Xfinity app so you have to switch to each individual app from the home screen for Foodnetwork, Foxnews,USA,CBS,ABC,Weather channel and so on. Now using a ROKU on a so called smart tv.Purchased this Sony Bravia 43 inch because it was the only smart tv that had legs on the bottom that would fit on my antique bookcase used for living room tv stand.

The Spectrum TV app and Xfinity app are not currently available to download on Google Play Store on this TV. But you can use your mobile device to cast the said apps content from your smartphone to this TV using the built-in Chromecast feature. You can also connect your Spectrum (cable box) to this TV using HDMI cable.

I Can't Hear You

The TV has periods where the signal to the screen is lost for short periods of time. On the rare occasion I don't experience these problems, its fine. The TV has an identical setup as another new TV of a different brand that has no problems. Documentation is poor and tech support is non existent.
