Somewhat expensive compared to LG oled but the picture is beautiful. The colors pop and the blacks are black.

Love the android-google accessibility. All my phone photos show right up on the screen with one click on my phone menu. Picture is great. Most of all, the sound is much better than the prior older Samsung tv I had. I love the option of downloading tv apps from google play. I downloaded a nice screensaver and have it play a lot when I'm not watching TV. I can have my music play to it. Some screensavers have no banner and time/date stamp, so it's quite nice.

Bought this to replace a 12 year old Samsung 42”. The picture is amazing! Also, the sound/speakers work incredibly well. Our old set needed a sound bar and after hooking this up we found it was no longer needed. We’re not in love with the interface to use the apps, but hopefully we’ll get the hang of it. It’s nice having built-in apps. We were able to stop using the Roku box and can get SlingTV right in the TV

This tv has great picture. Color are good. Bright enough to watch in a bright room. Still a little pricey.

Had to purchase a new tv after my 4 year old decided to see what happens when a Frisbee hits a year old Sony LED TV. Had the extended warranty, but it wasn't covered. Went to Best Buy with the plan to buy a 300-400 dollar tv for the kids. After talking with the associate seeing the durability of the OLED I was convinced to upgrade. TV works great, picture is nice, No burn in at all. Hopefully it can handle a frisbee if it ever comes to it.

Has great picture quality and ease of access but I decided to go with the LG due to the gaming qualities!

Replaced a 10 year old Sony 45 inch LED TV that still worked perfectly, moved it to spare bedroom. Easy to set up, Gave up on my old Sony sound bar because this new build in sound system is just as good. OLED picture is excellent, No adjustments needed right out of the box. Waited for it to go on sale, which made the price in line with other 55inch OLED TV’s. Reliability of Sony track record is a major factor in this buy.

Setup was extremely easy the television has good picture quality and is very user friendly

I've always bought Samsung in the past. Although more expensive, this is the best picture I've viewed. I was told the OLED can burn in, so I also purchased the insurance. Great Picture Easy to navigate Pricey

For those who like the movie theater experience, and have a light controlled environment, this is your panel. Not as bright and stunning as LED, this is for the purist. Absolute blacks, proper flesh tones, and ISP Expert Daylight settings make watching the screen tolerable in brighter rooms. LG makes OLED screens for SONY, but Sony's HDR engines are tuned for their products; there is a little difference.

Great sound is produced by the screen, so no sound bar is required. OLED image is worth the price.

Best TV I’ve ever purchased.I was looking at the 65 in but I have to purchase a different stand that will create more expenses. I am very satisfied with my purchase.it works perfect with my Bose sound bar 500 with the Bass 500 module.It’s not cheap, but you pay for what you get.The OLED screen,The Surface Acoustic Audio (meaning no speakers visible). 4KHDR, Ultra HD,X1 Extreme engine.”

Top notch from unboxing to first viewing. Easy to mount on stand by myself, though I recommend 2 people just for the weight of it. The software setup was a bit lengthy, but very easy to understand/navigate. The picture quality is astounding for true 4k broadcasts, still very good for all others. The sound is surprisingly good for it to have no speakers, but I would suggest a separate sound system for both quality and volume boosts.

We Love our new Sony 55” OLED 4K TV. The picture is incredible and I’m sure we will love it for years to come. Thank you Best Buy for your great service. We received all additional parts needed the same day the TV arrived and our friend did the wall mounting. A Christmas present to ourselves. What a way to start out the New Year!

We have been very pleased with the quality of the screen image and how easy it was to set up.

The Television and mount were delivered within a day of each other, and super easy to install. The television is the lightest I've ever had for this size, and made the mount process a snap. The picture is ultra clear, but the sound from the television is a bit lack luster. I strongly suggest a sound bar for the television. It's going to be my next purchase, just so that the sound quality matches the picture.

Impressive color and contrast as it should be for OLED TV. no problems so far...

This Sony tv has vivid and vibrant color. One thing I really like is the nearly instantaneous power on feature. There's barely any wait time. My wife and I are very pleased with this tv. We opted for the Geek Squad for set up and it was well worth the price. The personnel was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable.
