This Sony 55 inch OLED was a good size screen for our room and the color/image quality is great. This is our first "smart" tv. Some of the menu is a bit "clunky" in my opinion (and it does not have the Apple TV app). The center stand was convenient for us. Our previous Sony tv is still working great at 15 years old, so hoping the brand name will provide us with the same longevity.

After a lot of research, I made the decision to purchase the Sony 55” OLED A8G series TV, and I am totally convinced I made the right choice. This tv is awesome! Incredible picture with great wide range viewing angles, and easy to use smart tv amenities. I highly recommend this tv,..worth the price!!

Tv is amazing! Picture is incredible once you turn off all the gimmicky motion crap and color boosters. My one complaint is the sound. While it sounds very good, there just isn’t enough volume for my liking. Aside from an easily core ruble personal gripe that is completely nit puckish, I love the tv.

The Sony 55" Class A8G Series OLED is out of this world. I searched for a year for a deal on this model. I was able to buy an open box model for $850. What a bargain. The picture quality is superb. The movies are breathtaking whether you are using a 4k disc or streaming 4K from NetFlix, Hulu or Prime. I am pleased!

Since oled technology became mainstream I have patiently waited for a TV with processing that could rival the Kuro. This TV is it. LG makes and nice TV don't get me wrong but only their most recent panels featuring The Creator mode can have the film like quality of this Sony and even still I'm not sure their handling of motion is quiet as good.

Can't beat the Geek squad for excellent installation and tutorial. Picture clarity is unbelievably great. Sony needs to improve the stand for console top installation. After market stand worked great, but the low setting needs to be a little higher to better accommodate the Sonos sound bar... the tv drags lightly over the top of the sound bar when rotating the screen.

Amazing picture! Really much better than I thought it would be. I had the XBR 850 from about 5 years ago, but always wanted the OLED. I upgraded and could not be happier. Oh, and the Value as excellent was for this one I purchased only, got a smoking deal.
