A beautiful TV! Picture is superb. Just remember that this thing might enhance the picture but it doesn't create 4K content out of thin air; rather, old DVD's will look better but that's it. The action speed appears good. The brightness levels could be a little higher but, everything appear to be within the realm of reality. It's just a really, really great TV!

This IS the best oled tv on the market , its' picture is second to none. Brilliant colors deep blacks, flawless. The sound is great I was able to put the sound bar and woofer in the closet. The Sony A9G Master Series are the finest TVs' on the market bar none. I got my 55" on sale 600$ off I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Excellent picture. Colors are perfect straight out of the box.

At first we thought we were going to return the TV, the color was that bad. After hours of going through the many settings we found the correct color, the picture now looks good. There are so many apps available that are free and we love that. The numerous features and settings are great and we are still in the process of learning about them. A great Sony TV very happy with our purchase.

Great TV picture. I have a Roku stick and no cable or satellite. Oddly, the TV app function does not have sound on my preferred applications. It initially worked fine but suddenly the sound disappeared. It doesn't matter a whole lot since I get all these apps through the roku stick anyway. But it is annoying that this happened. It seems to be a software glitch and not a hardware problem.

It is everything as advertised, beautiful color and sound much better than previous models. It cannot be connected as easily as the store sales man said however. Had to pay technician.

Well I replaced a VERY old 55" set with this, so the picture quality is just superb. I've taken one star off because some of the Apps appears to be quite buggy. For example, I've had to do a power reset 3 times now because certain apps (HULU, Amazon Prime) were giving picture but no sound. The HULU app seems to be lacking in the area of what episode or season of a show did I last see. For what's supposed to be a top tier set I expect top tier performance!

We are absolutely enjoying the qualities of this New flatscreen. Every time I visited Best Buy in the last few years I would wonder by and take a look at this beauty. When it went on sale this January , it was time to pull the trigger ! It was very easy to install and it has brought us hours of enjoyment. We love how clear the sound is coming from the whole display !

What a great picture! Everyone comments on the picture when they see it. Wasn’t sure about Sony menu as I’ve been using Samsung only, but it’s very good. Like anything else new…you just have to get used to it. Sony picture is much “warmer” that the Samsung picture.

What a Great investment on this A9G Master Series OLED 4K. We purchased this a couple of weeks ago when it was on sale at Best Buy. We couldn't be happier with this OLED TV. The colors are very sharp and with all the apps that come with this are awesome. We upgraded to a 55" from a 46" a big difference. If you are looking for a great OLED then this is the one to get!!

This is a great TV this is the epitome of 4K OLED TV technology you can totally buy an 8K TV just to be the first guy in your block to have that but that’s still fairly in a primitive stage. Do you self a favor and if you have the means just purchase his TV and you will not regret it in anyway at all. The TV also is super thin like an inch wide on the back which is a huge bonus to me,

I previously had a Samsung with a great picture, but not a smart tv. This Sony has an even better picture with good sound quality as well. I like that apps for accessing Netflix and other streaming services is built-in and you can add others. I am still learning to use all the features. I have a sound bar, but it is not needed for normal use as the sound quality is so good.

Have always owned Sony TVs, this is the best one yet. Although my first A9G died on the 5th day of owning it. Fell asleep with it on with a 120 minute sleep timer set, woke up with a red light blinking. Turn it on and the screen had lines all through it. So that was odd, bad egg I guess? Best Buy of course replaced it and even delivered the new one. BEST PICTURE

The picture quality is outstanding. I I receive my local channels via OTA (over the air antenna) at 1080 pi. The quality is better than I've ever experienced. When watching YouTube 4K videos, you will feel the experience. The sound quality is surperb. It's just an excellent TV. Expensive but worth it. Spend the extra $$, you will not be disappointed. Purchase the Sony A9G.

This TV is beautiful. Easy to setup and no problems so far. The picture is awesome and we love the sound coming from the front of the TV and have had no issues with sound like in some of our previous TV's. We do not have a surround system connected and not needed where were using it, however if we ever did I can only imagine it would be a plus.

Easy install (watch the install video on you tube and have someone on hand to help lift the set on the stand). Great picture. Flesh tones perfect. Sound so good a sound bar not needed. Color true. Great definition and clarity. No pixelation. Only Praise - no complainants! Look at this model before purchasing any new set. May seem pricey but it is a joy to watch!

After purchasing this TV, I will never use any other brand. I love this thing! The sound that comes out of this thing is amazing! It’s crazy that the speakers are behind the screen! The sound comes out of the screen!!!! The picture is amazing especially with my drone videos! Amazing colors right out of the box! It is a little pricey, but it is well worth the mula! Good job Sony!

I've been interested in this tv for about a year and now I have and I'm glad I have it the picture is awesome on 4k content and if it's not 4k the picture still looks good. Probably what I love about this tv is I can use it as a center channel speaker for my old receiver which is epic. This is definitely a upgrade from my 5 year old sony tv which was not 4k
