The Picture is awesome, the problem I have with it, is the apps and Bravia Core freeze up all the time. I guess it is the operating system on it. It is very laggy and does require me to unplug my TV to reboot consistently. When it freezes up, you can not power it off with the remote, you have to unplug it. I normally watch my streaming apps on Roku because the TV apps have a freezing issue. Sony needs to work on their system. Trying to use the remote to turn up the sound is a joke. It actually hunts trying to find out whether it needs to go up or down. I use my dish tv remote due to that issue. Otherwise it is great. The freezing issue is why it only gets 3 stars.

This TV is so nice. The picture is amazing with the OLED screen and I love the google platform it has. This truly is the best picture out there.

This TV is hands down the best that my eyes have ever laid sight on. I went back and forth for a while between this and the X95K and I am glad that I sprung for the OLED. The blacks are the absolute darkest I've ever seen and it helps the colors pop in such a way that you will want to rewatch all of your favorite movies & shows just to see how good they look. There is no blooming that I have really been able to see without taking a hyper critical look and everyone who has watched anything on this TV has been amazed. Very very impressed and happy with my purchase!

This is by far the best TV is have ever purchased! The colors are very amazing and the black is truely black. Hands down the best purchase I've have ever made.

I've owned many TV's over the years, and this is my first OLED. Has awesome contrast and picture. Little on the pricey side, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great tv has a good picture love the quality, and sound

I did a lot of research because I wanted the best picture and I am not desapointed. I love this tv so much. It is not just the quality of the picture but also the way it process it and show the different lights, depths and colors of the picture. Also the software and design of the graphics of the tv itself when switching modes, settings, channels, etc.. are really great. I like this tv much better than samsung or lg.

This tv has the best picture quality I've ever seen so far. The UI is Android based so it can be slightly glitchy/laggy sometimes. I have the panel hard-wired via ethernet to a 1.2 gbps connection and that makes the UI even more responsive. It pairs up perfectly to the HT-A5000/SA-RS5/SW3 audio system. My Xbox Series X does not show that the TV can output dolby vision unless I set the output to 4K60. It's making me choose between dolby vision and 4k120 for some reason.

This is an amazing TV, incredible color and the sound come directly out of the screen. SIMPLY FANTASTIC.

I have the C1, C2, G2, and the A95K. This is probably the best out of the bunch. The build quality is simply way better than LG or Samsung. Period. The remote and OS are terrific. It is not perfect. The home screen seems dim even when at max brightness. However, it is very bright when watching content or gaming. You can also fully adjust the gaming picture settings to make it as vibrant as you want. Sony leans toward the more accurate side of things but the fact that you dial it to 10 when gaming if you want, is really nice.

If you can afford it, buy it. If you watch mainly movies and high end TV shows on platforms like Netflix and Disney +, then this is for you. The QD-OLED + Dolly Vision is a perfect combo and absolutely maximizes your viewing experience for shows like Mandalorian or Stranger Things. This is why I didn’t buy the Samsung alternative. I watched a Stranger Things preview I. Store and notcied how awful the dark colors were. This was is not an issue for the A95k. I haven’t tested it for gaming,

This is the first TV I've bought in ten years for myself. My old TV was a Samsung plasma. It still had a great picture but just couldn't keep up with the action anymore. This TV is amazing. I compared it to other Sony, Samsung and LG TV's and I thought it had the best overall picture out of all of them. It also has a great set of apps you can download. I've had this for a little over a month and haven't had any kind of trouble with it. I would highly recommend getting this TV.

Unbelievable steal of an Open Box item. Incredible TV that I will not replace for years to come. True blacks and vibrant colors with enough brightness for viewing in a well lit room. Handles reflections very well.

This is simply the best TV I've owned, and I have always purchased the top rated models. Great picture and truly exceptional sound. Others can comment on the technical aspects, however for this senior citizen the remote and settings are intuitive and easy to master. Plus a special mention for the Total Tech installer who insured the TV was hung properly and provided a "tutorial" on its use. He patiently answered and explained all features and questions. Great TV with priceless installation.

Everything about this TV is astounding - not only does it perform well in every regard, it's also a sleek looking center piece for any living room entertainment system. My only complaint is the price. I do believe that there are other high end OLED televisions on the market that perform just as well as this for less $. BUT if you're looking to go top-of-the-line, and price isn't a concern - look no further!

Easily the best television I've ever owned. As others have said, the clarity and colors are the best I've ever seen. I'm re-watching old movies in a whole different light. The only downside to this is the fact that you have to use one HDMI input for game mode if you have a PS or XBox, and there is no auto-switching like you'd find in an LG. That said, the picture difference between my old CX and the A95K is staggering. Zero issues with screen uniformity (i.e. dirty screen effect), you'll know right away what the extra money went towards. I have a 7.1 system, so I can't speak about the sound quality, though I'm tempted to hear what the differences are in using the TV speakers as a center channel. I'd recommend picking this one up above all others, what you get in exchange for the price difference is completely justified.

The product is excellent. Visuals are sharper than the regular televisions out there . Internet connectivity/Android needs a bit improvement cause I have had issues a few times however the television is top notch, sound quality without any external speakers is good . I wish Sony made this one in bigger sizes though.
