I chose this mini-LED for three reasons. One, it has fabulous reviews. Two, I have already owned two OLEDs and just wanted to try something different. Three, it’s placed in a very bright room and it’s supposed to have better reflection rejection than do the OLEDs. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks now but I am super satisfied!

Not worth the Money, or Hassle.

Nothing but issues with this TV. As a long time Sony fan, this TV just didn't work out for me. Between restarting and freezing, it has been a disaster of a purchase. Yes, I contacted Sony support, and they were nice enough to walk me through some menu changes, which has stabilized the TV a bit, but it is still restarting (not as often) and freezing every few days. After multiple conversations with support, I was escalated to the engineering team which now would like a video to support my claims. Isn't that the job of SONY quality assurance and R&D? I purchased a finished product and expected a finished product. I asked for a new set and was turned down. Sad to say but this is my last purchase from this company. Considering how many TV's I have purchased from Sony, I never called in for a complaint, and now I am forced to prove I am having issues. Before someone jumps on me, the support team told me they are aware of another similar case, so it is not just me having issues. It is frustrating paying so much for a unit and having to defend what I am going through. Yes, Sony, next time my TV freezes, I will ask my child to record the frozen unit, since I am not home, I will ask my child to move a 95lb tv from the wall to unplug and restart the unit. Very smart idea! Sorry Sony, some of us have to work in order to pay for these TVs.. maybe ill take a day off and watch tv for 24 hours until I can replicate the issue.

Excellent product, but the Best Buy Customer Service system is awful.
