    This Sony Bravia 77" has exceptional image quality. Well worth the higher price tag. The processor is superior in my my view than other TV in its class. The one thing they could do better is that it would be helpful for the remote to have backlut keys for easier use in a dark room. This TV pais really well with the Sony soundbar. Love it.

    The picture needed hardly any adjustments. 4k movies have excellent colors and would be hard to top. I have had 2 4k Sony sets and they keep getting better!

    Picture quality is impressive and minimal changes needed right out of the box. User interface is easy to navigate as well. Issues with syncing audio through my Denon receiver but was able to resolve it after some trial and error.

  • Hard to Navigate

    The menu and settings is extremely difficult to navigate. There are times where the TV, out of nowhere, while watching a program, will stop and search items are displayed on the screen, then 30 seconds later, everything is back to normal.

      We understand your frustration with the TV's menu navigation and regret that the interface is not easier to use.

      Regarding the unexpected searching, this is usually caused by the Voice Search/Microphone button on the remote control being accidentally pressed or stuck. To resolve this, please try the following steps immediately:

      Check the Remote: Inspect the remote to ensure the Microphone button is not stuck. Try removing and reinserting the batteries after a few minutes.

      Software Update: Ensure your TV has the latest firmware for stability improvements. (Go to Settings > System > About > System software update).

    Amazing picture and sound. Only minor issue is my Roku stick causing a short screen and sound drop once every 20 minutes or so. Still trying to track down the exact setting to change to fix the issue.

    It is no wonder Sony tv’s are like no other. The picture quality is outstanding, very few adjustments needed ! You won’t really appreciate a Sony TV until you make that purchase !!!!!!!!!!

    I replaced a Sony 65" A8H OLED. My wife and I immediately were impressed with the improvements in clarity and performance. The Oppenheimer opening scene was a great first impression. Paired with the Theater Bar 8, RS5 surrounds, and SW5 subwoofer. An amazing Sony setup!
