My installer Jeff at the Ocoee store is awesome! He has been doing every single one of my cars. Would definitely recommend him and I'm sure the other stores' installers. One big plus about Best Buy install is that if receipts are kept they remove everything back to stock free of charge down the road! Definitely one of the reasons why I keep coming back!

Had to have the radio speakers replaced in my Tahoe the stock ones went bad as I have been told they only last about five years but mine made it six. Tried Best Buy first for replacement and they new of the problem with GM speakers. They gave me a good price and could install them the next day so I said yes and am very happy with the price and service.

I bought these pioneer speakers for my 2003 Chevy Cavalier and they're perfect for the car. These speakers have a good sound and make a huge difference compared to the old speakers. I had the speakers installed by Best Buy and they did a good job. The tech that installed my speakers recommended the speakers I bought.

Best Buy always does a great job at car audio installations. Have had them work on my car and both of my daughters. I highly recommend getting Total Tech Support if you plan on having a lot of work done to one car or many cars. The money it saves you is amazing.

I had front and rear kicker speakers installed. The quality of the install was perfect! I had my complete system updated the tech support really know what they are doing executing their duties with the utmost competency and professionalism.

Mike and his associate at the Lawrence, KS store are great to work with. I communicated with Mike via phone and e-mail in a no hassle casual way. We discussed my needs and Mike was honest about his recommendations. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly in a courteous way. Highly recommend these guys.

This person did a great job on installation. He found out that my installed speakers were both good and problem was in wiring. New speakers are better than ones that came with car but would have stayed with old ones if I had not been told by previous geek squad member that i had a back speaker

Vinny is the best. A real sweet guy and what I like the most is he leaves your vehicle the way you left it. The work was done well and in a timely manner. The speakers sounds decent but I am wishing now that I have gone with a more reputable brand. Overall, I am satisfied with the work and outcome.

I got all four of my speakers replaced by the same tech, Rene, who has installed a few other things between my two cars over the last 5 years. He’s always available to answer my questions and troubleshoot any concerns even after the install was performed, even if it may have have been a couple of years passed.

Service was great. The technician explained everything he did and what my next steps should be.

Great service for someone who knows nothing about car audio installation. Technician was very knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining things in terms that I could understand. It took longer than had been originally estimated, but I had all four speakers installed. My only complaint was with cost. I was under the impression there was one charge for the installation, when in fact there were two (the two front speakers and the two rear speakers).

Had a new headunit all 4 speakers and microphone put in very quickly same day install. The staff was very helpful in helping me choice the best fit for my 2008 GMC Sierra 2500hd. I had an issue with the microphone I bought it in the next day and they fixed it immediatley. Wire work was very clean and professional

The guys knew well before the process started what we needed to complete the job. I was convinced that the Best Buy techs were more than capable of doing the install and the price was right. Overall, very pleased with the experience. Would definitely go back to do other vehicles when the time comes.
