Having spent 10 hours at the W. COLONIAL location, being blown off by Geek Squad management. I finally after two months finally my audio system is installed. I do not reccomend Geek squad for car audio.

In about two hours, I was set up with a new amp, deck, and speakers. The longest part of the installation was waiting for the appointment as it was about a week and a half from the date I purchased the equipment.

the guys were great one guy don’t no i’d name he was a 10 he installed the speakers and radio the nicest job will recommend him to any body

Took my car in to have 4 speakers and a double din kenwood stereo installed and they did a fantastic job. The tech actually left his cordless drill in my car and I was so satisfied I returned his drill lol

Actually my son,of 16 bought these with his money. He loves them the staff was very good in explaining the options. The install was perfect. My son could not be happier. He likes loud clear music and this met his need.

The car electronics guys told me they would diagnose my audio issue with no promise of installation same day. They diagnosed the issue and replaced my speakers all within in 1.5 hours.

Mike was the best installer I have used for the last 3 vehicles I have owned Fast, clean service My car was in exactly the same condition as when I pulled up to the store with one exception... KILLER NEW SPEAKERS!!!!!!

Was a rough time to figure out the proper speakers for the vehicle. Went to 1 Best Buy who put info into computer and said buy xyzy, we don't have the adapter so you need to buy yourself. Scheduled install at another Best Buy. went to install and said we have the wrong speakers. Ordered new speakers and kit for me. Came to house and went to install take 2 and didn't have the right kit. OK ordered kit myself and went for install #3. Speaker was missing from the box that was delivered via Best Buy on-line. Finally on install #4 I have sound in my front speakers. Did not seem to be a well organized process and somewhat of a disconnect between inside sales teams and outside installers. For the most part the outside installers knew what the proper equipment should be.

Six speakers installed in my Ford Excursion to replace original equipment. I provided the speakers. All went well and the system sounds great.

The agents installed the speakers in my car very quickly. They were very friendly and let me know how long everything would take. They finished sooner than the time that was given.
