Before I got my installation done, Cory, the Geek Squad installer was upfront and let me know about my door panels possibly cracking when he installed my speakers. My truck was older and some of the plastics on my year model can be brittle and break when trying to remove them. He gave me some other options like installing the speakers underneath the seat. He was very knowledgeable in everything I asked. He also wasn’t pushy on selling me the other options. I ended up not being able to do the speakers underneath the seat because I had previously bought an under seat storage compartment and the speakers wouldn’t fit there. He said he’s done numerous trucks like mine but he wanted to let me know about the plastic before he installed them. He said we could install the speakers behind the panels no problem but he wanted to make me aware upfront of any possible damage that might occur. I really appreciated that and trusted he knew what he was doing. I ended up deciding to take the risk and have him install them behind the panels. I said take as long as you want. Needless to say, I came back and there was nothing broke at all. He installed my speakers AND my stereo in less time than what was planned. He had also installed my girlfriends radio about a year earlier and did great work. He also thanked me for having my interior clutter free after doing the installation. If every Geek Squad experience was as good as mine with Cory, I would definitely recommend Geek Squad audio services to anyone with car audio needs.

Love my speakers and radio they installed but my own issue is when i called Sirius xm to have it turned on they told ne i couldn't.

Jim is awesome to work with. I have had him do two separate installs on my Dodge Ramaster van camper. So efficient and explains everything so well. Very happy with the service he provided. It’s really hard to find technicians that are good at there job and personable too.

New speakers work fine. I was told originally that the speakers were fine only to have to come back b/c one of them stopped working. Also, replaced speakers were not given back. Box only contained the new speaker covers and wiring. I’ll only have to trust that the new ones are actually installed. I assume they threw away the old ones

Victor installed my speakers and Amp, it was done in the time frame that was estimated and was done correctly and clean. I will recommend him at the Best Buy on N. Decatur to anyone looking to have car audio installed and I will definitely be back for more upgrades.

Don Iwig did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and thorough at solving the problem with the system and installing the new speakers.

He was very good at making sure the mount was mounted right and he cleaned everything.

Install went great ... after initial sound check upon completion, a check engine light came on but the technician thoroughly investigated, figured out and corrected the issue.
